Absolutely beautiful home inside and out. Couldn't ask for much more. We had the typical florida weather, sunny during the day and rain and lightning in late afternoon and evening. Exactly how we like it. The owner's spared no expense on furnishings and the beautiful pool area. Beds were very comfortable, and we all got a lot of much needed rest. Except to go to the grocery and liquor stores, we never left the house. Hated having to leave. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

This Cape Coral house on the river was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for. We love staying right on the river and this house did not disappoint, with the infinity pool my son and I swam for hours. And my husband and other son fished for hours off the brand new dock. My favorite spot was the sattee/chase lounger in the window to enjoy the heavenly view and read a book. The house itself was clean, well stocked, plenty of room for our family to spread out. Felt bigger than the pictures made it look. Beds were comfy. We messaged with a few questions and the owners were very responsive! We are looking to stay again!!

Thomas, we do not understand your review. Jim has one incoming call from you on Jan 9th and no other calls from you. I did not receive a call from you either and we did not get any messages from you through VRBO. If you read our reviews you will see that one of the things people love about is is how responsive we are. I do not know where the miscommunication came from, but that is not the level of service that we provide and we feel badly that you felt we were not easily available.

Professional hosts. Beautiful, relaxing property that feels like a home away from home. Comfortable and inviting. Outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous. Vacation type experience at this home don't even need to leave the property unless you feel the need to day trip Helpful and prompt replies were appreciated when we had questions. Gladly would stay again and again! Many thanks and cheers from Lake Michigan!

This was the perfect vacation as we knew it would be. There was no need to ever leave, other than for groceries , or meals out. The view is fabulous, and the pool is absolutely perfect. The hot tub was adjusted for my preference and was wonderful. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, and the neighborhood is so quiet that you feel as if you are completely alone. This is the perfect place to relax and leave everything behind. This was our 3rd stay and I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. This house makes us feel like we are returning to a friends home. James and Kim very quickly address any concerns or questions, and we can’t wait to stay again.

Absolutely Beautiful

3 couples over the age of 60 shared this home for one week. We were all pleasantly impressed with the amenities both inside and out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We made breakfast every day, ate meals outside often and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and views daily. The owners Kim and Jim responded quickly to any questions we had. Absolutely loved this home and are trying to figure out when we can all return again for a longer period of time.

Just like home but better

Wow. This property is home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except for the food. The primary bathroom is amazing. The pictures don’t show the shower that’s bigger than most bathrooms.Every bedroom, bathroom and living room was perfect. The view and pool area are even more amazing. Pool all day, hot tub for sunset every night unless you wanted to sit around the gas fire pit and enjoy the view. Can’t wait until 2027 calendar is available so we can book paradise again. Great Communication and thank you Kimberly and James for being awesome hosts.

Beautiful house!

Beautiful property and great location. Close to stores and restaurants. Very private and quiet area. House was beautiful and spacious. Outdoor area was beautiful and the fishing was good. Right on the river which was perfect. Hot tub was confusing to heat but the owners were very responsive and helped right away. Our stay was wonderful and we were sad to leave.

Wonderful Home!

This house is amazing! The views of the river, the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The house is well stocked and very comfortable! The owners are extremely responsive to questions! The location was perfect, very quick to the attractions and restaurants across the bridge in Fort Myers, yet also just a 10 minute walk to 2 Tiki bars and the Monkey Bar ( great grouper panini!) We will be back!
