The Paradise Villa is very modern and furnished generously, each of the four bedrooms included the living area equipped with an HD smart TV. The large pool & spa area with southwest exposure ensures our guests all day sun to relax a large area and a bar and grill. You won't miss any Sport events outside enjoying the sun, we have an HD smart TV installed next to the Bar you can enjoy watching your games during your outside activities..

Great home in a very nice neighborhood.

Very nice home. Well maintained and in a very nice walkable neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. It was just my wife and myself, but if you were staying with multiple adults, the inside seating would be a little tight. The front living room has been set up like a second dining room, so there isn’t too much comfy seating other than one couch and love seat. Electricity will run about 25 per day if using the pool heater. Overall a nicely appointed home with an excellent outdoor space and I would stay here again.

Great house, great host!

Just as listed. Quite neighborhood and close to everything. Well stocked and everything worked. Waldemar was an excellent host. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. It was hard to leave.

Fantastic rental property!

My sister and I, along with our husbands, were extremely pleased with this rental property as well as the operating manager. It was very clean, included several amenities, was quite, tranquil, and centrally located. If we should ever find ourselves in this area again, we will definitely want to rent here.

Great property and location

The house was amazing and very clean! It came with all the amenities we needed and we felt very welcomed by Waldemar! Close to groceries and restaurants and anything you may need. It was our first time in Cape Coral and we for sure plan on visiting again. Highly recomend this house!

Property owner had to have been the best individual I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, easy to get along with and was more interested in us having the best time. Quiet, Relaxing and Far Nicer Than the Pictures Show :)

I probably stated it all in the title. But to elaborate, check in was easy and meeting Waldemar was a pleasure. He explained in detail all of the small things we wouldn't have thought to ask about until later. Like the pool, hot tub and exterior lights. The only negative would be, just when it was starting to feel like home, vacation was over :( But we loved it ! Thank you

I rented this for a vacation with my husband, 1 year old child, and dog- It was excellent! Very nice and clean home. The pool and hot tub were awesome; we spent a lot of time in them. They even have a net that blocks off the pool outside for those with very little kids, which I didn't expect but worked out amazingly! Would definitely rent again.

Christmas Vacation

We booked this house for the week over Christmas. It was 6 adults and 2 kids. The house is very spacious we never felt like we were on top of each other. We used the outdoor space every day to hang out, swim, and eat. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils I had everything I needed to cook every night. The Publix is right down the street. Overall it was a great experience.

Gorgeous House! Great Hospitality!

We stayed a week for a much needed family vacation. House and pool were very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Waldemar was great at showing us around and how to run the heat on the pool/ hot tub during check in. We also ended up renting the boat and he gave us some great and in depth pointers on how to navigate through the waters. A much better demo then we would have had had we rented a boat from one of the local rental companies. One of the bathrooms is right off the patio near the pool which is also very handy. Beds were comfortable and we loved having the large tables for family meals and game time. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rental homes and this was definitely one of the nicest. We will stay again!

Great Place to stay

Waldemar was there to greet us at our arrival to hand over the keys and garage door opener then gave us a quick tour and instructions. The neighborhood is very quite and quick access to any stores in the area. The garage can park two vehicles and its big enough on one side to park a truck.. I have a 4 door tundra. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware and has a large pantry. The microwave is a convection unit and the diswasher... trust me, when u start it.. it is running lol very quite. The bedrooms.. the king and queen are separated by a bathroom.. the 4th room is off to the side.. plenty of storage space. The master is HUGE and is the coldest room in the house...(which my wife n I didn't mind) the shower was very nice with the dual heads and one of the heads is part of the wand. Which u can adjust the pressure to the head or the wand. We didn't use the jacuzzi tub. But that TV... is massive! The living room was nice....I didn't spend much time in there but did notice the floor lamp is on a dimmer switch which is nice for others to walk around the house with some light. The outside... the pool was amazing along with the hot tub.. and the light show... waldemar showed us how to turn therm on but didn't realize the multi functions it had the key to it is you turn off the lights then turn them back on for a different setting.. we loved the slow rotation of colors between the pool and spa and not at the same time... between the primary and secondary colors. The outdoor "kitchen" only the sink works. I believe it use to have a grill on it at one time.. the ice maker hasn't been used in a long time... and the kegerator needs cleaned.( not that we were gonna use it) didn't use the outdoor TV much bc I think it was on its last leg.. but it wasn't a priority for us. But did tell waldemar upon check out.. the grill was out of propane but he had another bottle in the garage. We didn't use the boat... but did a little fishing with our own poles.. the poles provided the tips were broken. My only issues was the electric bill at the end of our stay... I understand with 6 people and in and out the door it would be more than I'd pay at home.. but 150.00 shocked me. My arguement was the air filter needed changed. We kept the house at 72 during the day 70 at night. Me personally would of changed it but its not my call. But really overall loved the house and I would stay again.

So glad we found this house

10 days in Paradise - we didnt want to leave. The house is gorgeous and had everything we could have needed. Having a private pool is always on our list and this one definitely checks all the boxes. The outdoor space by the pool has plenty of seating, tv, and fridge, great for early morning coffee and drinks at night! Waldemar is a wonderful host and was very helpful with check in, showing us how to operate the pool/spa, and check out. Rent this one - you wont be sorry - just not when we want to come back please.

Paradise is really Paradise

Villa Paradise is an accurate description!!!

My wife and I booked our honeymoon stay based on the photos and reviews. In spite of hurricane Milton, our stay was incredible! The pool and patio faces west and we spent every evening in the pool enjoying the sunset. Waldemar, our host, went out of his way to make our stay amazing! Thank you for your hospitality and the amazing vacation! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation!
