Stunning, renovated 4 bdrm, 4 ba in lovely Yacht club district of Cape Coral. Open floorplan with 2500sf of living space. Additional 1500sf of outdoor space (screened lanai and heated pool, canal patio, private bdrm patio, front patio, 2 outdoor showers.) Located on salt water canal minutes from open water and the Gulf of Mexico. Walking distance to downtown restaurants/bars, local events, farmers market, and minutes to Yacht Club, public beach, fishing pier, golfing, and local attractions. Sleeps 12.

Villa Del Max offers open concept floorplan with large, open living room, kitchen, dining room and great room. Gather in the kitchen and turn the 10' island into your dining hang out or choose to grill out and serve guests in the outdoor dining area with stunning views of the canal. Watch your favorite movie in the large living room or play games, read books, or dine in the Florida room with pool and canal views.

Three bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen) have ensuite bathrooms. One Q bedroom has private patio with seating and outdoor shower. King bedroom has pool/patio access. Fourth bunk room has 4 twin beds and separate full bath. Laundry, a/c, outdoor grill, wifi, smart TVs, and Alexa enabled system throughout.

Three separate patio areas aside from the lanai with seating. Use the 15’ by 15’ boat dock for fishing or dock your rental. It is not uncommon to see sea life in the canal - dolphins, stingray, sawfish, sharks, etc.

Visit Fort Myers Beach (12 miles away) and Sanibel Island (18 miles away).

Two external security camera’s. One camera is a ring security doorbell located next to the front door, the other is a security camera that views some of the back property (part of the pool, backyard and canal). These cameras DO NOT record and are only turned on when the property is unoccupied.

Home layout is perfect for families or couples. We had 3 adult couples and a 6 & 9 year old. 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Perfect! Roughly 20 minutes from Sanibel the house is centrally located. Great place to play tourist or just hang out and relax. The house has a dock and backs on to a canal.

We had a group of eight including my husband and I, our two grown children with their spouses, our 13 year old daughter and our 1-1/2 old granddaughter. Everyone of us had a great time. The pool and lanai was spectacular. Plenty of room for all to sit and for our granddaughter to run around. It was fully screened so no bugs. We spent many hours swimming and playing games out there. We also rented a boat and three days. We kept it docked at the private wood dock right at the house. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect with some extra space since there was just 8 of us. The kitchen, comfy living room and Florida room were all open to each other so I didn’t feel left out when cooking. We ate all our meals around the huge island in the kitchen. We brought a pop-up booster chair that we strapped to the high backed tall chair and slid it up to the island. It worked perfectly for our 1-1/2 year old to eat. Laundry room was great too. It was a great time all around!

This is an amazing property. For a large family get together (10 of us), it was perfect. Lots of bathrooms/ bedrooms, great open living space (both indoor and outdoor) and the kitchen amenities were fantastic. Close to Ft. Myers beaches, Sanibel, etc and easy access to grocery stores etc. The kids really enjoyed having Alexa capability and built in speakers. Fishing poles on-site were great, and the pool was a good size and depth. The owners were terrific, so easy to work with and just the right balance of communication. When we had a problem with our car, they recommended a local service who was also fantastic. There are so many little touches that are too numerous to mention, but all added to our wonderful time in this fantastic home. A huge thanks to the Ramses!!

The house was perfect. Great location, very roomy house with comfortable furniture and a great kitchen. Very spacious with all the little things also. The pool and patio enclosure are absolutely a fantastic addition. It is in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants, bars and the beaches. The owner is one of the best on VRBO!

Absolutely Perfect

We absolutely loved this property!! We had 4 adults and 7 children and it fit us so well. The house is very open concept which was great and the kitchen is huge! It had everything that we needed for eating in and the grill worked great as well. The property's location is excellent! Being situated on the canal, our kids had a BLAST fishing and we had an awesome time using the kayaks and paddle board. We even saw a dolphin swimming through the canal on the first day! The pool was great and clean. The house was spotless when we arrived. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for anything better! For what we got, we felt like we got a steal deal on this place! And a huge thanks to Ramses, who was ALWAYS available for my questions. Book now....you won't be disappointed in this property!
