House is clean, updated, and exactly as described. The outdoor area is the highlight. We had a great time in the pool, and Cape Coral has easy access to the area’s other attractions. Recommend without reservation.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The pool was a huge highlight — we spent time in it every day. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.

Memorial day weekend staycation

Property was super clean and the layout comfortable for families with children. The boat lift accommodated our 22ft boat easily. We explored the areas of Sanibel, Captiva and Cayo Costa via boat. The pool and lanai were great after a full day out on the water. We would love to stay here again!!

A great place to relax!

This was absolutely a fantastic place! Everything was well done from the check in all the way to leaving. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the enclosed pool was a huge bonus. Very clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property and these owners. We RELAXED and had a wonderful time.

Great house, pool is awesome, black stone grill is pretty cool! Love the availability to use Roku on each TV. Property manager was fast at replying when needed something. Great for families with Kids as well!

Overall an excellent stay.

There are some photos that made it appear there were 3 king size beds which is not the case. I’d recommend additional towels and washcloths. It seemed every time everyone needed to shower they were in the washer or dryer. The house was clean, easy to find, accessible, and had everything we needed and more.

Great home in a great location

This house was perfect. The location was in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is incredibly spacious and welcoming. The house has everything you needed. The location was great as well. We paddle boarded right off the doc through the neighborhood and saw all the beautiful houses and it took us right out to the gulf and we posted up at a small little beach. Next time we will rent a boat! It was lovely and very clean and well kept. The only one small thing is the pool gets pretty full of gnats. So you do hv to clean it daily. But I’m sure that’s normal in the area. 10/10 would recommend. Perfect size home.

Perfect vacation get away.

Wonderful.Very clean and the beds were super comfortable.Close to stores, restaurants and anything else you need. But not that you need to go out. The house is so roomy and the kitchen is huge. You can cook breakfast, lunch, dinner and eat right out by the pool (which is absolutely beautiful)watching the news, movies or listening to music on the outside TV. Highly recommend. Worth every penny, wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for everything, see you in the near future.

Perfect place . . . u

The saltwater pool was so awesome. Loved the outdoor space. The beds were comfy. The place was so so so clean. Tammy was always available and so nice when I called. Loved the area but wish i would have known about that tiki place a short drive away cause so cute !!!!! Only complaint is smelly fabric softener or detergent? on the bedding. I can't stand that smell but so super minor of a complaint and some people might like that smell but not me. Really wonderful place :) .. hope to come back soon
