Waterfront/Lakefront Dream Vacation!!

From the moment you walk in the door you'll be captivated by the view. Our home is situated on one of Cape Coral's prettiest and largest lakes. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. A heated pool and a large dock for fishing or just relaxing by the water. The lanai has plenty of space to lay out and enjoy the sun or stay in the shade and entertain.

The kitchen features beautiful views of the lake. It has a margarita pass through window and also a sliding glass door for easy access while entertaining. There is plenty of tableware and cooking utensils for you to chose from. The kitchen has a 6 person table for indoor dining and the outside covered patio also has seating for 6.

The living room has a cozy leather couch and love seat for any lounging you may want to do. The living room has a 70 inch flat screen TV and DVD player for quiet movie nights or this can be a great place to gather with your fellow guests.

The master bedroom has a plush king size bed for a nice relaxing night of sleep . From the bed you have amazing views of the lake through the huge picture window. There is a large master closet to accommodate all your personal belongings. The bedroom also has a 55” flat screen TV for your enjoyment.

One of the guest bedrooms has a queen size bed facing a sliding glass door which over looks the spacious lanai and backdrop of the lake. This room also has a 47” flat screen TV for your enjoyment.

The third spare bedroom as two twin beds as well as a 50” flat screen TV.

The garage is equipped with a full size washer and dryer for your use. It also has 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, fishing poles with a loaded tackle box and 3 bicycles with helmets for your outdoor excursions. We provide all safety equipment for the bikes and kayaks. We have many different size life jackets from toddler to adult. The garage also had multiple beach chairs and a cooler to use for those amazing beach days.

The lanai has a Weber grill that you may use to cook some fabulous meals as well as a 50” wall mounted TV for you to enjoy while visiting the Mohave Lake Retreat.

We had a great stay!

The property was beautiful and the property managers were very nice, easy to contact, and very accommodating. The pool and the view of the lake added so much to our stay. We would stay there again and have already recommend to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place! Quiet neighborhood and very clean place. Our family loved spending time in the pool, fishing and kayaking. We also took the bikes for a few rides which was perfect! Close to everything! Definitely would recommend to others!

Truly Enjoyable

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Quiet location and close to restaurants or shopping when needed. Josh and Erika were exceptional hosts and made themselves available if needed. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place on Cape Coral.

Fun family rental

Perfect rental for family fun. The host had many extras to include bicycles, kayaks, cooler, beach, chairs, and umbrella, etc. the rental was clean and inviting, and the view from the pool area was fabulous! Would recommend and would return.

Perfect Vacation Property

Beautiful, clean house with an even better outdoor space. Pool, outside table and grill got lots of use. Plenty to entertain the whole family, we kayaked, biked, fished and swam. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. House was also equipped with beach chairs, towels and coolers. Would stay here again for sure.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral at this comfortable, open concept home, with amazing water views. Well stocked pantry and cleaning items. We have always enjoyed staying in this area of Cape Coral, as it is close to many amenities. Response time from Josh for any question was superb. The master bed was comfortable in the closet. Space is great.

Peaceful, relaxing and sunny getting away

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, organized, and provided various amenities as described in their property advertisement.
