Looking for an updated 3 bedroom 2 bath house in the desirable Yacht Club area? Look no more! This home boasts a large patio for entertaining and overlooks a beautiful palm lined heated pool with three cascading waterfalls. Relax under the 2 tiki huts with a cocktail while viewing large boats go by to the river via the 160 foot canal. Watch for dolphin and manatee as they frolic right in the canal. Enjoy fishing? Fish right off the deck with included fishing tackle. Take a 5-10 minute stroll to Cape Coral's only beach. Grab a bite to eat and enjoy a cold beer at the Boat House Tiki Bar and Grill (now open). Stroll out onto the pier and watch our beautiful SWFL sunsets. It just doesn't get any better than this!

This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with just under 1900 square feet under air has one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds. Key features include tiled floors, updated bathrooms with granite counters (one with a huge walk-in shower and the other with a soaking tub). Televisions in two bedrooms and two sitting areas. There is also an outdoor grill and mini fridge to keep your beer cold. Boat lift is not available, but you are welcome to tie up to the dock. Newly resurfaced pool with multi color LED pool light. New 375 sq feet luxurious deck with 12x12 tiki hut and well illuminated that is 36 feet into the canal with direct views to the river. Excellent fishing is available off the captain's walk.

Our family had a great time. The children loved the pool and my husband and grandson loved fishing from the dock. They caught quite a few catfish. Thank you for having fishing poles available. The children loved the beach toys as well. The beach was within walking distance.

Loved this place. Particularly the outdoor space. Lots of room to fish or just hang out near the water. Pool was also very nice. Our boys caught mangrove snapper, redfish, catfish, and some sting rays. They were very entertained while my wife and I could just relax and visit together. Grilled hamburgers on the outdoor grill. House was nice and very clean. Plenty of space for 4 people.

Wonderful again

We were very excited to stay here once again after 3 years. It is the perfect spot, on the water with an awesome Tiki spot and table on the pier where my wife loved relaxing. The pool was very refreshing, just cool enough instead of COLD like most so-called heated ones we had been in. Everything was just perfect X 2.

Best Family Trip

Everything about the stay was perfect. The canal was nice and wide. We had a view of the river. All the amenities you could possibly need plus some! The pool was nice and relaxing! The outdoor area overall was so nice you didn’t want to leave. A great set up to dine in each night. Lots of outdoor seating, amazing hosts that were easy to communicate with. Little to no traffic in the neighborhood; very safe and family friendly. Nice park/ beach on the river nearby. Just a short drive to the beach! Good local fishing! Hope to return in the future! Highly recommend!

Winter respite

This is a very comfortable 3 bedroom home with a heated pool which backs up to a canal. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, groceries, etc. Owner easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We look forward to visiting this home again!

Frank and Becky were quick to respond to a couple of questions prior to arrival. Went to Fort Myers for BCS National baseball tournament. Check-in was a breeze, the house was very inviting, and my family stayed outside most of time even with the temperatures being very hot. Take a dip in the pool and sit under the tiki huts to dry off. Fishing was made easy with plenty of rods and tackle. Local Bait shop (Crazy Lure Bair and Tackle) just down the road for some live shrimp. Caught Pin fish, drum, sting-ray, catfish, blue crab, red fish, and eel. Would definitely recommend this house to any family looking to vacation in Cape Coral/ Ft. Myers area.
