Looking for an updated 3 bedroom 2 bath house in the desirable Yacht Club area? Look no more! This home boasts a large patio for entertaining and overlooks a beautiful palm lined heated pool with three cascading waterfalls. Relax under the 2 tiki huts with a cocktail while viewing large boats go by to the river via the 160 foot canal. Watch for dolphin and manatee as they frolic right in the canal. Enjoy fishing? Fish right off the deck with included fishing tackle. Take a 5-10 minute stroll to Cape Coral's only beach. Grab a bite to eat and enjoy a cold beer at the Boat House Tiki Bar and Grill (now open). Stroll out onto the pier and watch our beautiful SWFL sunsets. It just doesn't get any better than this!

This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with just under 1900 square feet under air has one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds. Key features include tiled floors, updated bathrooms with granite counters (one with a huge walk-in shower and the other with a soaking tub). Televisions in two bedrooms and two sitting areas. There is also an outdoor grill and mini fridge to keep your beer cold. Boat lift is not available, but you are welcome to tie up to the dock. Newly resurfaced pool with multi color LED pool light. New 375 sq feet luxurious deck with 12x12 tiki hut and well illuminated that is 36 feet into the canal with direct views to the river. Excellent fishing is available off the captain's walk.

Quiet and family friendly

Our family enjoyed our relaxing getaway. The house was equipped with anything you could want or need for a weeklong trip away from home. Check in and communication was also great. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Winter respite

This is a very comfortable 3 bedroom home with a heated pool which backs up to a canal. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, groceries, etc. Owner easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We look forward to visiting this home again!

Paradise!

We loved our stay over Spring Break! We are a family of 5, and the accommodations were perfect. The garage was stocked with beach chairs, wagon, cooler, fishing poles, bikes, and pool fun. The best part was sitting in the stunning backyard and watching the boats go by. We even sat in the tiki hut on the water and watched dolphins play! It was so wonderful, we’ve booked our stay again for next year. Thank you!

Amazing place and trip

Our whole trip was amazing. The house is beautiful and the outside area is great. We cooked all our meals at the house and ate by the pool. The beds are wonderful and the kitchen is well stocked. The owner was a blessing to work with. We rent a lot of homes through VRBO and this one has been our favorite. We rented a boat for the week from Cape Coral Boat Rentals and they were great to work with. We will be back next week.

Fantastic stay!

We love the property the minute we walked in. The house was everything they listed and more. Beautifully appointed, clean, and so comfortable. Gorgeous backyard, pool was so refreshing, and we enjoyed every minute. ZERO issues, and had one question which was quickly answered. Our daughter heard about it and now SHE is booking it! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. This was the bestest vacation!

Wonderful

We absolutely love the location of the house and it was very nice inside. Used the awesome heated pool more than most other vacation spots because it was the perfect temperature for us. Also loved getting under the waterfalls. Everything was just perfect, even got to meet the beautiful daughter and she was so sweet. P.S. The hut was my absolute favorite spot!!

Much needed perfect getaway

It was just my husband and I for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect. The house itself has everything you would need. The beach chairs were a plus. The view from the master bedroom is awesome. The backyard is beautiful, I could lay there for days just staring at the palm trees and watching boats go by. The pool was a great size and relaxing. Also enjoyed the cornhole boards. There's a small public beach right down the street along with a large tiki bar and grill, which was always quite crowded but the drinks were delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic vacation home!

This was the perfect vacation home for us! It was clean, spacious, affordable, and offered stunning views and the perfect backyard! The pool and outdoor kitchen area were so nice and the chairs under the tiki hut out near the canal were so great to watch the boats and fireworks! The yacht club beach, pool, and amenities were fantastic and so close! We loved the Bothouse restaurant! Eating right on the sand was one of our favorite things! We will definitely be back! The hosts were absolutely wonderful and provided so many extras at the house - towels, bikes, coolers, a well stocked kitchen, toiletries, etc. this was definitely one of the best vacations we’ve had!!

Perfect for our baseball tourney stay

In town for a PG baseball tourmey in ft myers and this was in a great location for all the venues (jetblue park, terry health, lee). Kids enjoyed the foosball table, the pool and pool toys, and fishing at sunrise and sunset. So great to have a place to unwind or keep busy between games and not having to deal with beach traffic. The house could use some freshening up indoors but it didnt impact our enjoyment and the outdoor areas were exceptional. Our only challenge was figuring out the dang roku tv remotes. LOL Communication with the property manager was exceptional and she was always offering to go way above and beyond.

Frank and Becky were quick to respond to a couple of questions prior to arrival. Went to Fort Myers for BCS National baseball tournament. Check-in was a breeze, the house was very inviting, and my family stayed outside most of time even with the temperatures being very hot. Take a dip in the pool and sit under the tiki huts to dry off. Fishing was made easy with plenty of rods and tackle. Local Bait shop (Crazy Lure Bair and Tackle) just down the road for some live shrimp. Caught Pin fish, drum, sting-ray, catfish, blue crab, red fish, and eel. Would definitely recommend this house to any family looking to vacation in Cape Coral/ Ft. Myers area.

The Perfect Place

This property had everything we wanted for a get away and some. The kids lived in the pool. My husband lived on the dock fishing. I spent my time between the two places and enjoyed every minute. We caught some blue crabs (brought our own trap) then used the house poles, bought live bait and snagged mangrove snapper, needle fish, Mayan cichlid, Red Fish and a stingray (be careful!) We took the supplied beach equipment and walked down to the local beach. So nice and easy to get to! I just wished the Boat House Tiki Bar was back up and running. That place looked like it was a great time. Made the half hour trip to Sanibel Island and saw freshly made turtle nests! My 10yr old unfortunately cut his finger trying to scrape out the meat of a palm fruit that fell out of the tree. Thanks to the owners book on the counter, we got him right to the closest Urgent Care and he was seen right away (no stitches, still allowed to swim :) Beds were comfortable, close stores and restaurants (Fords Garage was a favorite) Great place and we definitely see repeat visits in the future!

Loved this place. Particularly the outdoor space. Lots of room to fish or just hang out near the water. Pool was also very nice. Our boys caught mangrove snapper, redfish, catfish, and some sting rays. They were very entertained while my wife and I could just relax and visit together. Grilled hamburgers on the outdoor grill. House was nice and very clean. Plenty of space for 4 people.

Best Family Trip

Everything about the stay was perfect. The canal was nice and wide. We had a view of the river. All the amenities you could possibly need plus some! The pool was nice and relaxing! The outdoor area overall was so nice you didn’t want to leave. A great set up to dine in each night. Lots of outdoor seating, amazing hosts that were easy to communicate with. Little to no traffic in the neighborhood; very safe and family friendly. Nice park/ beach on the river nearby. Just a short drive to the beach! Good local fishing! Hope to return in the future! Highly recommend!

Wonderful again

We were very excited to stay here once again after 3 years. It is the perfect spot, on the water with an awesome Tiki spot and table on the pier where my wife loved relaxing. The pool was very refreshing, just cool enough instead of COLD like most so-called heated ones we had been in. Everything was just perfect X 2.

Excellent Stay

We were hoping this house on the water canal, swimming pool and outside tiki huts were as nice as the photos. And they did not disappoint! Wonderful, refinished house with all the space you need for 4 adults. We really enjoyed playing board or card games under the tiki hut out on the water. The 3 waterfalls in the pool were very relaxing. Becky, the host was awesome to work with. This was our first trip and stay at Cape Coral and we enjoyed the activities and restaurants that were available. We highly recommend this house and we will be back!!
