Luxurious waterfront dream house w/pool & dock in best area of Cape Coral

Come enjoy our home located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Southwest Cape Coral. Our resort style home is in Cape Coral on a quiet wide waterway with a very lovely view. You will enjoy our formal living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, (All the appliances replaced recently) family room, convenient laundry room, auto-door garage & cozy library with a pull-out leather couch for 2 extra guests & 4 bedrooms to sleep 8, plus 3 full baths. Our home is L shaped so most rooms have sliding doors opening to the pool lounge on the waterfront. Our pool overlooks our 120 foot long dock and a 2nd outdoor dining & lounge area. Enjoy spending time in our comfortable kitchen family room area with a 60 inch TV & recliner chairs. Our family room has sliding doors for indoor outdoor living. The screened in pool area has a large gas grill for BBQs. Our master bedroom-bath suite, with four poster king sized bed & large screen TV, is fit for a king & queen and romantic midnight swims in the pool just outside the door. ( New screen lanai enclosure) Our home is fully furnished & supplied with everything you will need to feel at home. All you need to pack is your clothes and you will be ready for fun in the sun. We even supply bicycles, coolers, fishing poles, beach toys and sand chairs for the many nearby beaches. Our 120 foot long dock is a great private area for catching fish or lounging in the sun. There is a 3 person swing with a sun canopy on the dock. Great to have a drink or a glass of wine in the afternoon. We are close to Southwest Florida International Airport, many restaurants, supermarkets, world famous beaches, great discount shopping, live theater, museums, art galleries and all the Southwest Florida great tourist attractions. We think of our vacation home as paradise.

Great Hosts, Relaxing Good Time

Very nice, quiet neighborhood in Cape Coral with awesome hosts, Bob & Elayne! Well equipped home with lots of space and lovely outdoor pool area. Nice place to launch from to explore Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Sanibel & Captiva.

Great family experience

The home was lovely with enough room to accommodate our family of 5. My daughters really enjoyed the pool. My husband and I enjoyed the whole house. We enjoyed our stay and woukd love to return in the future.

Beautiful home - Great owner communication

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. What caused us to select this over others was the owners speedy communication and they were responsive during our stay as well. Unfortunately the pool heater failed and we were not able to swim as much as we had liked but still had a great time.

Beautiful home with a great view!

We stayed in this house for 9 days and loved it. We were outside the entire stay just swimming and enjoying the view. The house was fully stocked and they provided more of the essentials than we are used to getting. Communication with the owner was easy and we would have booked our next trip down with them if it had not already been reserved. We would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful Experience

We rented this property for 4 nights in December 2023 to visit a sister for her birthday! The house was beautifully furnished with a master suite at one end and other bedrooms at the other end of the house! There was plenty of room to spread out! The back patio and pool area was our favorite place to hang out! Host was very good about communicating, quick responses to our texts!

Cape Coral Villa

We had a perfect experience. Property is well maintained and offers everything one needs to relax and have fun. Beatiful canal view, queit location, home as pictured, a lot of good instructuons left by owner in a binder and posters to make the stay pleasant, very good furniture and beautiful decorations, abundant sheets and towels, lots of space and literature to enjoy, owner responds quickly to concerns. Shops and beaches are nearby. Highly recommend it as a place to relax from the noisy city life if you live in one.

Great house but not that clean

This was our third stay at this great very comfortable home with a beautiful view. We love how spacious and inviting this home is with four recliners in the family room and large rooms through out the house. The pool area water views are like what you expect to find in homes 3 times two to three times the price. Unfortunately this time the homefailed us in cleanliness and preparation.

Great spacious home with great location! Kids loved the pool!

We spent a week at the home and had a great time! The kids had enough room to sprawl out thru the home on the one rainy day, and spent the bulk of the rest of the time there in the pool, or out by the dock. My only two suggestions would be: 1) to add a railing or rope to the dock piers, as we have little ones and that was a little scary, as we were nervous they’d fall in; and 2) the garage floor was VERY slippery with the condensation dripping from the a/c / air handler unit hanging above. We just made sure the kids got out on the one side of the vehicle each time, but as I was the driver, I had a couple instances of nearly slipping and falling. Just needed to be extra careful. All in all a great experience. Pool toys were a big hit. Would be a huge bonus if the hot tub was functional next time we came down! 😉

Perfect Vacation Oasis

We had the best time at Bob and Elyane’s house! Everything was more than we could have imagined. The house was just as advertised with so many hidden gems (bikes, beach toys and pool floaties)! The neighborhood was perfect and a nice calm to our chaotic days at the beach. Our kids loved the pool the most!! Our time spent on the dock was also a nightly enjoyment. We ate our meals outside and watched the fish jump in the canal every night. We lucked out with perfect weather and with the covering on the pool we were able to be out for quiet swims at night or just able to relax and read a book. We drove into Fort Meyers Beach quite a few times and spent many hours swimming in the ocean and playing in the sand! Parking can take some time so be patient. Eat ice cream at Kilwins and for sure eat at Doc Fords! The best meal we had!! The house was perfect for us...2 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space and a large kitchen/living area to stay together for a movie as well! So much to do and well worth it. We will definitely be back!

Keeps on getting better every year

We just got back from two wonderful weeks in paradise. We loved everything about our stay. We spent everyday in the pool. The setup of the house is great. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you could ever need. I love cooking with such a fantastic view of the canals. The master bedroom is large and the bed is very comfortable. The view from the master is simply divine! Looking forward to our third vacation at Bob's next year.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and patio was great. We spent most of our time enjoying it. The kitchen was clean and nice. However, some dishes were dirty even though they were put away. We had to unload the dishwasher. I did not like that! I was on vacation....I do that at home everyday. The pans were not that great. They were old and hard to clean. The air filter really needed to be changed and the vent cleaned. All of us had problems with our allergies due to the dust that had built up over time. It was not like it wasn't cleaned for a few weeks or so. It was thick, black dust. I messaged the owner about hair on one of the toilet seats, master bathroom drawer that had trash and hair in it, and a hair in the master bathroom shower, broken blind in the master bedroom and a problem with the grill...the first night we were there. He acknowledge the blind and the grill and had both fixed the next day. But the blind broke again that night. As far as the hair he said, "I hope it was clean. They spent nine hours cleaning it and sanitizing it." I mentioned it again thinking he missed that part of the message. He then said, "Yes, I am very proud of the work they do. They have been with me for 18 years this house and the other house we have." He never acknowledge the fact the house was not as clean as he said it was. Nevertheless, the rest of the house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We were close to the attractions we wanted to see. If you want to walk to the store, etc it would be over 2 miles one way. They do provide a number of bikes and helmets but still to far to ride with a 5 year old. I would recommend this house but beware of what I mentioned earlier. The air worked great, it was safe and in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. They had plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc.

Family Florida Getaway

The home was amazing! Better than advertised. My family loved the pool and the proximity to many beaches. Throughout the reservation process through my departure, the owners were always very responsive. My family and I did not want to leave. We will be back!! A Little Piece of Paradise

Elayne & I are high school sweethearts, married 50+ years and are from northern NJ. We have 3 wonderful adult sons and 5 fun grandchildren, who live in the Westchester, NY & Charlotte, NC area. We all love South West Florida. Elayne & I have been vacationing in Florida with our parents since we were small children and have always vacationed here with our children and grand children, so now they too have the pleasure of loving the area as we do. We know you will love it too.

Why they chose this property

We have always dreamed of having a dream house vacation home in SW Florida and this house is our dream come true. We purchased this house because of it's fabulous location, comfort for our growing family and the wonderful view.

What makes this property unique

Our home is in the best area of Southwest Cape Coral. It is close to all the tourist attractions we enjoy in SW FL but when we return from all the fun and excitement we are in a fabulous dream house in a quiet luxury neighborhood. We have a beautiful private pool with all new, quiet equipment, very comfortable lounge furniture and the dock I have always dreamed about. This house is our dream come true. We call it our piece of paradise.
