Centrally located, excellent location. Convenient to Fort Meyers, Fort Meyer Beaches and JetBlue ballpark. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the canal. The house itself was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. Excellent WiFi. Communication with Scott was very helpful.

I would definitely stay here again. The outside setup was very comfortable by the pool. You will definitely want to stay outside rain or shine. Scott, the host, was easy to reach and communicated extremely well. Well worth the money

This was a great spot, exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. We spent nearly all of our time on the back patio, swimming and grilling. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Roomy outdoor space and large pool were nice. Unfortunately, the water was only 74 degrees which was a bit cool. Communication with host was fantastic!

Jim.. the pool heater is on the side of the house, same side as garage. I didn’t know the temp was that low wish you would have let me know.. just need to toggle the temp setting up.

Scott was very easy to work with. Very prompt response to all questions I had. The house is in a great location and being right on the canal was perfect! Outdoor area was wonderful for sitting by the pool or just relaxing. Home was very clean and had absolutely everything you would need. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved this house! Quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed. Kids spent a lot of time catching catfish off the dock. House was really well stocked for a Vrbo. Spices, condiments, multiple coffee makers, plenty of dishes, towels (including beach towels!), extra sheets, comfy beds and did I mention GARAGE ACCESS!! My Ford Expedition even fit! Outdoor area was huge and the perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning. Thank you Scott for a wonderful stay!

Everything you need!

So much better than a hotel. Home was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool every day! Close to everything too—shopping, beaches, good restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
