This little stay was full of packed punches and so quiet and serene! We kayaked & saw manatees in the channels. The golf cart was amazing and we took it for a drive in the neighborhood sightseeing all of the houses. At night, taking a dip in the pool was an added bonus. Very nice and clean home with everything you could ask for!

Luis's place was amazing. Comfortable beds, stocked with everything we needed and very clean! The jacuzzi is huge and amazing. Would stay here again for sure! The boat lift was also a plus.

We had a great time and recommend this property. The property manager, Luis and the maintenance team were attentive to the minor issues we had and everything was perfect. The swim spa was the perfect place to unwind and cool off after a day in the sun. Thank you to the host and everyone who made our trip a success. We’ll keep this property in our favorites for sure.

Great house! Larger then it appears- accommodated the whole fam! Super impressed with the very well stocked kitchen! Every room has TV, master shower was a delight, master bed was very comfortable, the oversized spa was a hit with our 8 grandchildren! The paddle boat & kayaks were a fun experience, fishing off the dock kept the boys busy too! The golf cart was perfect for bee bobbing around. We went to nearby tiki restaurant for delicious fried mahi. The owner was always a call away if we needed anything! Thank you for sharing your home with us!! We hope to visit again!

First of all the host was nice and easy to communicate with. As for the place? Well its definitely not as big as the pictures show,. There were three things that sold us on renting this place the swimspa "which took three days to warm up", there was supposed to be a firepit " there wasn't one, and most of all there was supposed to be a dock light that attracted fish " he said got broken weeks before we got there" why didn't fix it??. There's a wall as you go into the bathroom that is so soft that if you touch it you might go through it. If you have any form of knee or back issues don't stay here theres steps at each door no handrail. Fishing was horrible. Did get to see some manatees though. All in all we wouldn't stay here again.

Thank you for the thorough review. Glad communication was easy and you enjoyed the manatees. Photos use standard wide-angle lenses, so rooms can look larger online (though the master has a king bed, crib space, and large vanity). The swim spa holds 3,000 gallons and normally heats in 6–8 hours; we’re sorry it took longer for you. We have never offered a fire pit here—the composite deck and neighborhood rules prohibit open flame. The dock light had been reported and was already being addressed. Steps without handrails are common in Florida waterfront homes; guests with mobility concerns are welcome to ask in advance. We’re puzzled by the “soft wall” comment—the dividing walls are thin but structurally sound, and this is the first we’ve heard of any concern. Our maintenance team takes pride in keeping the property safe; more details would help. Fishing success depends on conditions, tides, and technique—results aren’t guaranteed. We appreciate the feedback (and the three stars) and wish you better luck finding a place that fully exceeds expectations next time.

Great Vacation Home

Great place!!

Great spot to stay, we did a lot of fishing. Caught some nice mangroves off the dock. Very sad to see the destruction on the island. Thanks guys great stay.
