Communication with the management was quick and pleasant. The house was extremely clean and spacious. We really enjoyed watching the activity at the boat ramp across the canal.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Gecko House. While our stay was for only 2 nights, we enjoyed it. The house was well appointed and the furniture was very comfortable -- it felt homey! The screened in porch was a huge bonus, particuilarly at night. Our host, Kelly was super responsive to all our requests and very accommodating where possible. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

We had a great stay as a little getaway for our family. We loved the dock and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Every morning we would watch the boaters head out for their excursions, even seeing a group of dolphins swim by! It was quiet and quaint and we we a quick 12 minute drive to Matlacha shops. We enjoyed the Blue Dog Grill - delicious food and the drinks at the two restaurants right across the way we great! You can tell they recently upgraded the appliances and fixtures with a great kitchen. The views are so nice and our pup also enjoyed himself. Would love to come back!

Excellent location, spacious rental, great for a short stay. Great for boating, across from boat ramp and quick access to gulf. Linens could use an update. Kitchen is not very well stocked, if you are planning an extended stay or cooking all your meals you will need to bring your own utensils, limited availability at rental.
