Beautiful waterfront home, new refinished heated pool, boat dock bikes & kayaks!

Hello and thank you for looking into Casa High Tide! Owners have recently made lots of upgrades to this wonderful property. We are sure that you and your guest will be extremely pleased with the your experience at Casa High Tide. Our property offers a heated pool and new large 45 foot boat dock. We offer excellent Wi-Fi and cable TV with 3 new TV's. Bikes and two kayaks are included with your stay.

On your way to your island, make a quick stop at the modern grocery store just a mile away from Matlacha to stock up your fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking your fresh catch to making your favorite frozen drinks. The screened lanai is set up with a gas grill to get the most flavor out of those grouper. If it's immediate relaxation you want slip into the heated pool to float off the stress of that long plane flight. If you want to go straight to the fishing, board your boat with ease from our fully equipped private dock with water, and electrical outlets. You will be minutes from some world class fishing. Fishing is great from our dock or a short boat ride out of our canal. Grass flats and mangroves are easily accessible with snook, reds, seatrout, tarpon and much more!

Shoppes, dining, ice cream, market and bars all within walking or biking distance. Golf and major shopping and dining all within a 10 minute car ride. A 30 minute car ride also gets you to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva.

Please take a moment to read our reviews, we are very proud of our property, and our reviews speak for themselves! If you are a boater, BEWARE OF OTHER HOME LOCATIONS!! Other property areas, such as Matlacha Isles and Cape Coral, have a long idle period to get to dock. Our home requires 10 seconds of “No Wake Zone”.

Smoking is allowed anywhere in the open air, not inside the house. My cleaning crew is extremely observant, please do not risk losing your deposit.

We have 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 adults comfortably, but we will allow up to 8 adults.

Any stay over 21 days will require an interim $100 cleaning which will include dusting, vacuuming and bathroom cleaning.

Great Matlacha house for myself and husband and another couple! King bedrooms on opposite side of house, large living space and kitchen, great lanai with table and chairs and comfy seating overlooking the perfect pool and canal. We rented a boat from RPM and had it delivered, very easy spot for the boat with perfect access to the gulf and fishing was great!

Love Matlacha

Love the area and love the property. Great house and the pool was wonderful. Having kayaks without having to tent them is a plus. We did a lot of fishing from the dock, mostly catching hardhead and gafftopsail catfish, but a few mangrove snappers. A barracuda made an appearance one day, but no bites. Definetly take the kayak out gor better fishing and don't be surpirised if a manatee says hello.

We rented this home because my 14 yr. Old grandson wanted to fish all day. That’s exactly what he got to do. The house was perfect. The setting was perfect. One suggestion…. A big umbrella for some shade while fishing or sitting on the patio.

I can not express how amazing this property is. The town is the ultimate get away from stress. Absolutely to die for food choices. The people in this area make you feel so welcomed. The house and pool are the ultimate in relaxation and the perfect location. Not only would I book this house again in a heart beat, I would book it for at least a month next time just to take in all the house and the area have to offer. If you have the chance to stay here, please do you will not regret it.

Cheeseburger in Paradise

The overall stay was fantastic. The location was perfect. Within one minute we were in Pine Island sound. We took the boat to the Yucatán restaurant and it was a perfect evening. We also took the boat to Cabbage Key to have our “ cheeseburger in Paradise”. The house was very comfortable. He very spacious for me and my wife and my friend and his wife. The pool was great especially the weather was very hot and humid. The only criticism I would have is that, because I like to cook, the kitchen could be better appointed. They really need to upgrade their cutlery and plates. But other than that it was a great stay, and would recommend it.

Didn't stay here as the owner moved us prior to our stay as This house had water damage. Stayed at Casa Manatee 2 miles away, where pool heater not working, having a 5yr old and can't that use pool Big Deal. This is something which should have been addressed day one. Arrived Wednesday, pool cold and tank near pump spraying water and toilet running. All this sent in a text. Owner told us where the heat pump was, the code to turn up and the tank was for irrigation. Thursday, I texted the pump was spraying water, causng a flood on side and coming in the bedroom window, toilet still running, and pool still cold even though turned heat up. Came back to correct me that seating area in pool is not a hot tub and would be the same temp as pool and someone would be out to look at the Tank. By 9AM the Tank was spraying so much water that it was coming in bedroom window and bed had to be moved away so it would not get wet. Went out by the time we came backTank fixed not pool. Later afternoon was told that the pool cleaning was scheduled for Friday to make sure everything was working. On Friday pool guy comes I talk to him and he says He doesn't know anything about the heater and will let owner know. I was so digusted I never texted again. It seemed the owner didn't care as he Never sent Me another text. Very Poor Management! Have Rented through VRBO for years, First time I ever experienced such poor service, eventhough had some issues at other places which were address immediately!

Awesome Location

The property was clean and ready for us to arrive. This house has the added features of 2 kayaks and 4 bikes. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. I also have to applaud the property manager for responding to our needs promptly when we called. I thoroughly enjoyed our 6 week stay.
