Wonderful week in Bokeelia

Property was absolutely everything we hoped for. Pool was an issue the first few days but Liz and the pool doctors got it resolved and make for a perfect second half of our stay.

Comfortable stay

Property is located in a quite friendly neighbor hood. Kitchen was well supplied. Very clean and in good condition. The 3rd beadroom is not part of the main house. It is located at ground level next to the car parking. This should be explained better in the description of the bedrooms. We would stay again.

Loved this property

RoyalShell Reality came up short on providing proper pool maintenance, other than than this was the best vacation rental property in the St. James Pineland Island we have stayed at for many years...definately will rebook. Boat dock superior to all others. Owner also kindly allowed use of boat lift...that worthy of 5 stars in my book anyday. Miss siting in those 2 comfortable chairs while enjoyong morning coffee and sunrise...thanks for the memories!

Due to the heavy rains the area experienced before your stay this did cause the pool water to be treated upon your arrival. Royal Shell contacted the pool vendor as soon as you had reported the issue and resolved the issue as fast as possible.
