Stay comfortably right on the water in Bokeelia at this amazing 3 bedroom 2 bath fully renovated custom home. This lovely and stylish property offers 18 ft open beam ceilings, hardwood floors, granite and butcher block counter tops. With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, plus a double futon downstairs in the pool room. The house features a fully enclosed screened pool, 65’ boat dock with 13k boat lift, plenty of boat trailer parking, and a full sized BBQ with bar type serving area out on the dock. Additionally, there is a huge lanai around the heated pool with full dining and living room style seating as well as cozy inside pool room with big screen TV and the futon mentioned above. There is also an elevator from parking to upper floor. Immerse yourself in the enchanting atmosphere of this beautiful home. Come to relax, enjoy the island, go fishing in one of the world’s premier fishing locations or just do nothing at all! We are 5 star hosts and we look forward to welcoming you to our lovely place!

What makes this property unique
We really tried to take every element of this renovation up a few notches during the process, knowing that we would have a very unique and special home in the end. We’ve also added many of Ivetas original art pieces throughout the property to add a uniquely different touch. It’s is a fine example of a modern beach house!
