This property was perfect for a four guy fishing trip. House is impeccable. Pool is beautiful. Great location definitely booking again. Next year, hosts are very attentive for whatever you need.

Beutiful home and a fantastic location. Very clean and well maintained, and loved the fact that I could use the boat lift during my stay.Hosts were very good with communication and they live locally. We had no issues, and they checked in with us due to a storm and possible higher tides than normal.Beautiful pool and downstairs area - loved it!

Very nice house just as pictured. Just me the wife and our dog. We did not use bikes or anything as we were there for a fishing tournament. We removed everything we thought our pup would love. Worked out great. Would stay again. Dock area perfect for our boat. Had a great time.

We loved staying here. Chris was a great host. Always available and responded very quickly. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The boat lift was a lifesaver for me and my bad knee. Helped getting on and off the boat easily. The pool was refreshing after a long day on the boat. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfection

The photos and description of this property were exactly as listed or better. The home was spotless, spacious and impeccably decorated. The owners have thought of everything you could need. The lift was a lifesaver for an older family member who stayed with us. We had a wonderful time here and fell in love with the area and the home! 10/10!

Great house. Excellent location. We were renting for a fishing trip, and it worked very well. The house faces west, so the pool, dock, and cleaning station were all in the shade during the afternoon. That was very nice. It was less than a 10 minute boat ride to the Jug Creek Maria for ice and bait. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were nice. House was clean. Our only small issue was about the layout. The room with the futon is located downstairs. You have to go outside to get to it, and it doesn't have a bathroom. Not a big deal as our teenage son was staying in that room, but it wouldn't work for little kids. Also, one of the king rooms doesn't have a bathroom near it, so you have to walk thru the living room and dinning room to get to the bathroom. Otherwise we were very happy with the house and will rent again when we come down.

Tarpon Fishing

This property was every thing we need for our annual Tarpon fishing trip. This property was able to hold two 25ft boats one on the lift and one on the dock. There is water and hose at the dock plus they have 120 volt plug at the boat lift. Bring your own extension cord for shore power. The property owner asked for insurance for the boats not sure if he accepts boats with out insurance. The parking held 4 large trucks with 2 trailers that fit 25 ft boats. Plenty of places to go out to eat near the property. Property doesn’t have an ice machine but jug creek marina is right around the corner. We slept 6 men with every one having a separate bed but two. We brought air mattress to accommodate the other 2. We enjoyed our stay with great friends and were able to all hang out and tell stories in the pool. Would definitely recommend.
