Great spot! The house was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a family of manatees that hung out by the dock all weekend with us. The Eagles Nest provided tasy fare close by with a great local scene. Great for a family trip or, like us, a girls' getaway.

Very nice spacious house. Loved seeing the manatees by the pier all weekend. Short drives to supermarket, and other amenities. It was nice having extra refrigerators for drinks. They guys loved the tiki hut with the TV. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Beautiful coffee view from upstairs and while sitting at the tiki bar we spotted many manatees! I strongly recommend renting this home, as it had easy boat ride to the open water

Truly one of a kind property — access to the water, huge pool, plenty of rooms and beds, and the TIKI BAR! So incredibly fun to spend a long weekend here. Publix just 12 minutes away, great tree-lined roads along the water for walks and so many things to do with the fully stocked garage! Tons of spots indoors and outside for games and good times. There was even a manatee in the water right by the fire pit!Parking on property is easy and check-in was very smooth. Would definitely return!

Everything was fantastic! The boat ramp was right next to the house and plenty of parking for at least 3 boats and car and trailer parking at the house. We also loved how much space there was with all the beds being all king beds in every room. Perfect for group trips!

Our stay was perfect. The weather was ideal. We never tired of watching the manatees right off the docks. We had endless options for what we wanted to do each day. It was truly an ideal vacation.

Weekend getaway

Family February Get Outta Maryland Vacay

Great waterfront property with pool

This was a perfect spot for a few families to meet up and bring boats and water toys. Great tiki area and dock space, the pool is huge. Just a heads up, the noseeums were really bad so try to get in before dark or stay under tiki where the fans are

Terrific place

If you have a boat, a dog and love to fish, this is a wonderful place! The Tiki bar and pool made it the perfect place for telling tall fishing tales. We had a terrific time. Thank you. We'll be back.

Birthday getaway

We had a group of 8 plus an infant. We had such a wonderful time! The view is amazing. We sat at the dock and watched countless manatees. We lounged at the tiki bar enjoying Saturday football and drinks. The pool was warm. We had a blast!
