About this property

White Sands is a luxury custom built waterfront home completed in 2022. Heated pool and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Safely dock your boat on our new 60' dock with a fish cleaning station. Plenty of room for trailers under the house. You are minutes from world class fishing and shelling. Sanibel, Captiva and Cayo Costa are about a 10 minute boat ride away. The home offers an open concept with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and a pullout sleeper couch in living room. The home has security cameras (only on the exterior) for your safety; as well as ours. Guests will be provided with the information to disarm the cameras at their discretion. Pine Island has a lot to offer including several great restaurants and bars that are all within walking distance. Golf cart, kayak and bike rentals are 0.8 miles from the house. Beaches are about a 45 minute drive away or you can rent a boat for the day and get there in 15 minutes!

Brand New and Beautiful

My husband and I brought his boat and we stayed for 2 weeks at White Sands. Boat launch is right down the road and house has a nice dock on the canal, heated pool, screened porch which we loved that overlooks the pool and waterway, beautiful kitchen, spacious living room and comfy beds. Definitely a 5 Star home.

Great house, great town. Even better views

Luxurious and quaint. The house was pretty incredible. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. You can see the stars at night. Outstanding views. A great overall stay will try to stay here again next year. The host was great to communicate with. Thank you!

Wonderful cabal side home

Great location on a canal for boaters. The Swimming pool was a bonus for relaxing. Very nice layout. We would definitely stay again

Beautiful home!

My family stayed for a week and had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and the location is amazing! St. James City provides access via boat to some of the most desirable beaches and islands, including Cayo Costa, Captiva, Sanibel and Boca Grande, while allowing you to stay out of the hustle and bustle of busy summer crowds. Alex did a great job communicating and addressing any questions. We definitely plan on returning.
