Everything ran smoothly. We were kept up with information and details throughout the time until our arrival. This was a beautiful place and the view of the sunset was really a, Million Dollar View. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The kitchen and appliances were up to date any every appliance was provided.

This residence is truly stunning! We traveled here for vacation and have stayed at this property for the fourth consecutive year. During the day, the neighborhood remains peaceful and tranquil. The pool is excellent for afternoon relaxation. Additionally, the view of the sunset over the lake is simply breathtaking! The home was equipped with all the necessary amenities for our stay. Rich was fantastic to communicate with regarding any inquiries that arose. My family and I will certainly be looking to reserve this house again in the future to revisit the area! Great Stay

Very nice property, super clean

We very much enjoyed our week vacation relaxing at the pool and taking in the beautiful view and sunsets. The house was very clean and well stocked. We look forward to staying at the house again!

Another Fantastic Visit!!

This is our second year staying at this property, and enjoyed it as much as we did the first time. Everything was just as we remembered and were very comfortable for our weeks stay. A Great Get Away!

This 3-bedroom/2 bath house was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, meticulously clean. There were many little touches that we appreciated: books, puzzles, the pool was pristine, lots of appliances, lots of bath linens. An absolute gem!

We stayed over Christmas and our host, Rich offered to put up a Christmas Tree for us! It looked so pretty! The house had everything you need, and was so clean and nice. Beautiful pool area as well.

Pelican was simply GREAT

We really enjoyed the stay. This house was built sometime around 1986. There is no way you would know that once you step inside. The renovations were not overdone - just what the property needed. And the Lanai / pool area exceeds expectations and the owners are at your service. Thank you Rich really enjoyed our stay.

March Trip

The house and property were everything we were hoping it would be. Although located on a somewhat busy road we had little trouble getting in and out. The pool was great and, if you like fishing like I do, the lake offers a surprising variety of fish. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect week!

The pelican house was perfect! The house was very clean and it had a lot of amenities. Towels were plush, bed was comfy,kitchen had some extras that made it easy to stay in and cook & the pool was so enjoyable! Sunsets are gorgeous! Rich was very good with communication ! It was easy to stay there. Looking forward to staying there next year!

Convenient location, clean, beautiful pool, great washer and dryer, comfy beds. My spouse enjoyed having the office area to work in almost daily. It was so nice having access to the vacuum and cleaning supplies to feel right at home. The ability to park in the garage was appreciated. We spent 10 days here and did not want to leave. Perfect home away from home vacation. Great location, sunsets are very beautiful. Setting on the lake gives you much better view and experience than just house on the canal. House is in pristine condition. You can definitely see that the owner is taking perfect care of the property, not like some other rentals. Communication was great, recommendations about the CC were on the spot. Everything was 100% PERFECT!

The property exceeds my expectations. Beautiful and quiet location. The house is equipped with everything you may need and even more. My wife was impressed with a flatiron found in a bathroom. Fabulous Home & Location

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay and this home. The home has everything you could need. It was absolutely beautiful. The pool was amazing and faced west for a top notch sunset view each evening. Grocery and stores were close by. Sanibel was about a half an hour away. Chairs and umbrellas and beach towels were provided. Owners were super friendly and very quick to respond to all questions. We will very much look forward to returning again! Paradise for a week!

Pictures do not do this property justice!! It’s absolutely gorgeous and tastefully decorated. The home had everything we needed to cook meals inside and outside. In the mornings we enjoyed watching the otters, turtles and fish from the dock. Spent most of our time by the pool. It’s the perfect temperature and very big! We loved floating in the pool and watching sunsets . Rich was very responsive and provided a lot of information to help make our trip more enjoyable. We greatly appreciate you both sharing this home with us! We really enjoyed our time in Florida and had some gorgeous weather!! We forgot an item and we were amazed at the kindness of the housekeeper offering to mail this to us. It’s nice to stay at a home with good hearted people. Hope to see you next year!
