The house is everything as described plus more. The kitchen is gourmet, the bedrooms beautifully appointed, and the pool awesome. The sunsets are magnificent. One of the best houses we have ever rented!

Villa was really lovely & Rich was very easy to deal with when we needed him. Fabulous view from the lanai that had a great outdoor set up. The villa was lovely, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect for us too in a really nice neighbourhood.

Everything ran smoothly. We were kept up with information and details throughout the time until our arrival. This was a beautiful place and the view of the sunset was really a, Million Dollar View. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The kitchen and appliances were up to date any every appliance was provided.

This residence is truly stunning! We traveled here for vacation and have stayed at this property for the fourth consecutive year. During the day, the neighborhood remains peaceful and tranquil. The pool is excellent for afternoon relaxation. Additionally, the view of the sunset over the lake is simply breathtaking! The home was equipped with all the necessary amenities for our stay. Rich was fantastic to communicate with regarding any inquiries that arose. My family and I will certainly be looking to reserve this house again in the future to revisit the area! The Pelican Home was absolutely perfect! We were overwhelmed with the cleanliness and how well the home was stocked with essentials. The pool was awesome and very safe for our children. We enjoyed fishing from the dock area. Our host Rich was a great communicator.

The house was exactly as advertised. Comfortable furniture throughout. Towels for bath and pool were abundant. Kitchen was fully equipped. The office had everything we needed to work while vacationing. The best part was the pool and the outdoor space which we thoroughly enjoyed. Nightly sunsets were a plus.!!!! Definitely returning

Great Stay

Pelican House is Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The view from the lanai can't be beat! It is very quiet, tranquil and private.The house felt like home. Furniture and beds very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and is very neatly arranged, which was a huge plus for me.The pool was heated just right.Great communication from start to finish.We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property, super clean
