This Cape Coral house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, each with a queen bed for a soothing night's sleep for all guests. The living room offers an additional queen bed ( air mattress). Features modern amenities like AC, WiFi, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, pool and all accessories to enjoy it, bath towel and sheets and beautiful back yard, ensuring a tranquily and enjoyable stay. Two bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. The house is cose to Publix, Wawa Gas Station, Walmart, Target and all type of Restaurants and fun outdoor places like Yacht Club if you want to enjoy the live music and the sunset. Hello Erin, I am glad to read that you liked and enjoyed the house, despite the issue you experienced with the pool. Unfortunately, your check-in date was Friday, April 3rd, and your check-out was Sunday, April 5th. The pool is cleaned only once a week (specifically on Mondays) by a certified company that maintains its cleanliness and ensures the water parameters remain at appropriate levels. It is possible that, due to the heavy rain and strong winds that occurred throughout that entire week, the pool water appeared somewhat cloudy (though certainly never green) as you described. Although there is a screened enclosure designed to prevent debris from entering the pool area, it is still possible for some material to find its way in due to heavy rains and wind, as well as when the doors to that area are opened.

Great place to stay with a wonderful backyard from my pup. Yorlis was an excellent host replying quickly to any inquiries that were sent to her. The home was very clean and had great little homey touches throughout. Would highly recommend!

House is well maintained and had plenty of space for our family. Backyard and patio were nice area to hang out when retreating from our daily adventures. Great value for a weekend or weekly rental! Only suggestion for improvement would be the frequency of cleaning the pool as there seemed to be gnats small enough to fit through the screen and would collect on the water. We were able to scoop these out and enjoy the pool, just took a little time and effort I wasn't looking to do on vacation.

Pictures are very accurate. Backyard and pool are very nice. It was also nice having the side yard for the dog. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely book again!

The pet area was good for a big dog but I had a 5lb Chihuahua and she went under the gate. Rooms were clean and stocked bathrooms. It would be good to have a little laundry detergent to run a load.

Enjoyable Stay

Me and my crew (big group) enjoyed our stay. The home was nicely decorated, clean throughout & had plenty of space inside the home, & in the backyard. I’m picky about stains & I didn’t find any. (That was a plus). There were dishes to cook, soap in the dispensers and plenty of towels available for showers and the pool. The ac & the WiFi worked well. Yorlis was always a text away and she responded quickly. I will book this home again!
