I can't say enough nice things about this home! It was clean and comfortable, the pool was perfect, and the host was so kind and responsive. We moved here from a terrible rental experience at another home at the last minute and Kathy accommodated us wonderfully. This was a rare "what you see is what you get" rental in the best ways, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Can't wait to stay here again!

The host was quick to respond to our messages. We were very discouraged when we first arrived we went to use the hot tub and the water was green. The home is pet friendly but the smell of urine outside was very strong. Im not sure how long it had been between renters but when we went to pull out the trash their were maggots.

Oh my gosh i am just seeing your comments now. You did not let me know that these problems existed if you would have let me know I would have immediately had the pool company out as well as my cleaning team. I pride myself and my team on a clean home and it seems as if cleaning missed something as well as my pool company. I would have addressed it. Im sorry for this experience. I have never had those problems in the past.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Kathy’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, it was everything we hoped for in our four-day getaway, and so much more. The home was immaculate! Every room was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and truly picture perfect. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Actually, it’s even better in person! The entire home felt fresh, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. The large private pool was fantastic, and my husband especially enjoyed the jacuzzi. Having a TV right in the lanai was such a great touch. We could relax outside, enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, and completely settle into vacation mode.We also loved all the thoughtful details throughout the home. It was stocked with so many everyday essentials that made us feel right at home. Kathy truly thought of everything, including special essentials for our three very pampered pooches! That little touch meant so much to us.Kathy was an exceptional host. She was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and then some.We had such a wonderful time and honestly did not want our getaway to end. If you are considering this home, BOOK IT! You will not be disappointed.Thank you, Kathy, for creating such a beautiful, clean, and relaxing home away from home. We highly recommend it, and we will absolutely be back!

Great Stay

Overall a great stay, amazing owner who is very responsive! House and lanai area was perfect for us. The only down side for us was the fishing wasn't the best at the dock but that's only a part of the vacation so we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.
