Had a great time exploring Cape Coral. Property was awesome and for August, pool was happy place. Host was incredibly responsive. Home location close to everything. Would happily rent this place again.

Home was exceptionally clean, pet friendly and the host was very nice and got back to me with answers right away. Pool was excellent but needed cleaning and pool guy only showed up once in two weeks. Needed vacuuming. Will book again though.

6/20 - 6/27: We enjoyed our 7 day stay. Some hiccups up front, but the host fixed them by day 3 of our stay. Would like the a/c to remain at a comfortable 72-74 degrees. We would set it, and then it auto adjust to 87-89. Not comfortable. The house was very clean.Great size for a family of 5 plus a dog. I would recommend 100%

We use a Nest thermostat for our properties. It helps conserve energy which allows us to provide a cheaper rate than most, but some guests that aren’t familiar with the technology struggle. I do assist with those who need the extra help. The best can be locked for a stay if needed to avoid the trouble some have. Thank you for the stay.

Fantastic choice! We did our family reunion & birthday here and have only positive things to say.The host is definitely a super host - easy to reach and easy to work with (we extended twice)! The pool and lake were built in entertainment we made ample use of. There are many sitting areas outside that even in FL heat, this is where we congregated.The house is bigger than the pictures make it look - our group of 6 adults fit here with extra space to spare.The kitchen is well stocked. The AC, washer/dryer, grill, showers all worked great! There was ample bedding to comfortably sleep 6 with throws for movies on the couch.Awesome choice; awesome stay! Thanks host Eric.

We are three senior women and a 17-year old grandson traveling for his spring break in March, 2026. This was a lovely house with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen appliances were high quality. The pool and patio area was lovely - it offered a large covered area to escape from the sun for card playing, snacking, reading etc. - as well as the pool itself which we enjoyed daily after our activities. The house is near Pine Island and Matlacha and not far from Sanibel Island, the Minnesota Twins Spring Training field, and many other Florida attractions.It was an excellent value that worked well for our group and would also be great for families.

House was great — pool is nice … only complaint was a bit under stocked and air would get turned up and get a bit warm … but overall a very good experience

First, thank you for staying at one of my places. I wish you had mentioned anything you would have needed, I would have accomondated you. The house is fully stocked, (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.), so I'm unsure as to what was needed, but I will be sure to look into it. I haven't had any other concerns regarding that. The air is controlled by a Nest Thermostat and directions on how to set it were provided, I wish you would have reached out and asked for further information, as I am always available for questions and happy to help. Again, thank you for the stay. Please look me up in the future for any of your Florida vacation needs.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Eric! Es war ein großartiges Haus mit tollen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Lage direkt am Kanal ist wunderschön! Der Pool ist top. Bei Fragen und Anmerkungen bei kleineren Problemchen, stand Eric in absoluter Rekordzeit bereit und hat alles gelöst. Würde ich wieder hier buchen!? JEDERZEIT! Diese Location ist eine absolute Empfehlung in Florida. Es war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir hier ein Feriendomizil von Eric gebucht haben! Vielen Dank!

Das großzügige Objekt befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand und ist super ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Auch die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgeber Eric war hervorragend. Offene Fragen wurden innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet. Wir würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.
