The attention to detail really stood out, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to feel right at home.One of the highlights was the outdoor space. Whether it was enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine or unwinding in the evening, the setting was peaceful and inviting. The location was also ideal close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still quiet enough to relax and recharge.This was our 2nd time staying and will 100% come back again.

The house is really nice and just like the pictures. It was very relaxing and the neighborhood was very peaceful, especially with the empty lot next door. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Overall a great stay at a great house!

Great family stay in perfect Cape Coral villa

We had a fantastic time at Tom’s villa. The inside is very well appointed with everything you may possibly need, and more. The outside whilst not massively spacious, is perfectly suitable for a family of 4/6. The pool is great and the ability to heat both pool and spa is very useful. Lots to do and see within 30 mins drive, this is great base when visiting Cape Coral, Ft Myers, Sanibel, Naples etc.

Superb Cape Coral Getaway

This was our family's first time vacationing in Cape Coral/Fort Meyer area. We were extremely pleased with the property and it's location. The house was very clean with all the attributes to make our stay an enjoyable one: great pool, spacious layout, close to a variety of stores and restaurants, and our boys enjoyed checking out the burrowing owls next door. I highly recommend this house.
