Excellent villa and well situated. Very clean and the pool area was gorgeous. Stayed in a lot of villas in the 30 years we have been coming to Florida and must say one of the best. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Excellent check in process. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

This is the second time staying at this beautiful house. The home is absolutely beautiful! We came down for vacation and to visit family in the Cape Coral area. This home and location is absolutely beautiful. The pool is wonderful for the afternoon relaxation with the views of the canal. Also, it’s nice to sit on the dock and watch the fish and turtles. The home had all the amenities that you would need for your stay.Thank you Joanne and Ed again for the use of your beautiful home! Also, thanks to the host Jill for being so accommodating and responsive!

This home met all of our expectations as did our communications with Jill S. Property Manager. We had a reunion of friends going back 60 plus years. Everyone in our party of six was very happy with the property, and its location.
