House was lovely.Pool fantastic.Lots of extras for beach and pool (ie) towels, chairs, inflatables and parasol.Found the location a little far out and having a car is a must. But overall experience very good.

Awesome House with open floor plan, and views from the canal. 30 minutes to Beach. You will need mosquito repellent after dark. Had a great time relaxing by the pool and fishing on the dock in the canal catching Blue Catfish and Perch. Quite neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean rooms and very easy for a family with kids to keep neat and not have too much valuable things to be openly destroyed. She communicates amazing and the property holds its value and is amazing. Everything you needed was there! Toiletries down to pool floats!

We had a most enjoyable stay. Our rental was clean, kitchen was well stocked and it was in a great location. Close to beaches and many restaurant options. It was a little chilly the first few days but the later part of our trip we really enjoyed the pool.

The pool was great! We used it a lot. The beds were comfortable, the couches were not. Everything was clean. The microwave didn’t work, but there was a very small one on the counter. A dinner size plate didn’t fit in it. I was just happy to have a microwave that worked. They had some beach chairs and umbrellas that we took to Sanibel. That was very nice to have. Jill quickly responded to any questions I had. We had a great stay and definitely would return.

Overall, the house was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well equipped. However, during our stay the pool area was usually in the shade, making it hard to tan and enjoy the outside.
