We have been coming to this house for the past three years and absolutely love it. Everything‘s always so clean and easy to get too. The house is in location to any and everything you would like. We will be returning again next year.

Excellent villa and well situated. Very clean and the pool area was gorgeous. Stayed in a lot of villas in the 30 years we have been coming to Florida and must say one of the best. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Excellent check in process. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

This is the second time staying at this beautiful house. The home is absolutely beautiful! We came down for vacation and to visit family in the Cape Coral area. This home and location is absolutely beautiful. The pool is wonderful for the afternoon relaxation with the views of the canal. Also, it’s nice to sit on the dock and watch the fish and turtles. The home had all the amenities that you would need for your stay.Thank you Joanne and Ed again for the use of your beautiful home! Also, thanks to the host Jill for being so accommodating and responsive!

This home was perfect for us! It is well appointed, has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen and was very clean! The pool was clean and well maintained. It was a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was a short ride to restaurants, stores and golf courses. The owner and manager were available and very nice. We will return!
