DO23, beautiful apartment directly behind the dune!

This apartment for 4 to 5 people is really ideally located! Just 100 meters from the beach in the park Loverendale on the first floor is the luxury apartment which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The building has an elevator, therefore also suitable for people who are unable to walk a little.

The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. An additional bed can be placed. 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, sink and toilet, and the second with shower and double sink.

The living room is very spacious and bright and has sliding doors to the balcony, where you can always eat breakfast or dinner because the balcony is heated. The luxury kitchen is equipped with all facilities such as a coffee maker, kettle, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave and oven. In the laundry room you encounter a washer and dryer.

You park your car in the garage at a specified place, the seats are numbered.

Pets are not allowed and smoking in this apartment is not allowed.

Eine herrlich gelegene und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Wir waren von Ende Juli bis Mitte August in der Ferienwohnung und waren von Anfang an begeistert. Die Wohnung hat eine herrliche Lage, der Strand und auch die Ortsmitte sind schnell erreichbar. Man ist quasi mittendrin und dennoch ruhig und super toll gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auf hohem Niveau und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Aufgrund der Größe der Wohnung kommt nie ein Gefühl der Enge auf, die Raumaufteilung ist sehr durchdacht und ideal für bis zu 5-6 Personen. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende der Urlaubszeit einfach nur sehr wohl und super aufgehoben gefühlt.
