The penthouse is in good part of town as far as being within an hour of most things you might want to do. The only thing that could help this place I could think of is a TV in a common that you stream to at the end of the day.

This apartment was everything it was advertised to be: spacious, very clean, amazing views, helpful staff. The kitchen was equipped with anything one might need for cooking. Great restaurants are in easy walking distance. Overall, a very nice place for a very reasonable price.

Perfect spot in Quito

This was such a nice day place to stay. There were five of us and we really appreciated all the nice little touches. We also felt very safe here and loved the kind guards that let us in and out of the building every day.

Great Family Rental

My family stayed in this apartment recently and had a great experience. The owner was very accessible and communicative. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is good - we felt safe in this area and it was easily walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay, inside and out! Everything was very comfortable and practical, everything you could possibly need. The kids were able to play safely on the balcony and the views were amazing. Location is very good for restaurants and a quick taxi anywhere you want. Walkable to metro too.

Fantastic stay

The apartment is wonderful and so comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The location was convenient to the entire city, and we would absolutely stay again. Sergio, the owner, is amazing, and provided us with drivers and assistance throughout. It was the best VRBO experience we have had!!

Sergio made this stay one of the best we've ever had! The property was equipped with everything you need from the kitchen, to the laundry, to sleeping arrangements, and even help with transportation. Sergio helped us arrange airport transports, even for a 3 am departure. Everyone was so helpful and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location is safe and in walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, food and shopping. I highly recommend this property.
