Almost Paradise: Luxury 7 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom Beach Home with Private Pool & Hot

Located less than a mile from Sea Mountain Highway and 100 yards to the beach, Almost Paradise has it all! This private beach house sleeps 24 in the bedrooms + 8 more on sleeper sofas, sleeping up to 32 people! There are 7 bedrooms - 5 with 2 queen beds in each, and 2 with 1 queen bed in each, as well as common living space, fully equipped kitchen, and 6 bathrooms. Almost Paradise is also equipped with a private swimming pool, private hot tub, as well as a game room and TVs throughout the house. This home is ideal for family vacations, reunions, weddings, golf trips, and church groups. No house parties are allowed, and primary renter must be 25 or older to book. We are currently in the process of remodeling, so the pictures on the listing as of now may not reflect what the property will look like by Spring 2022.

Guests can park under and in front of the house (the house is on stilts, thus allowing room to park under the house). They can enter the home via the front porch or by going up the stairwell connected to the under-the-house parking area.

**Please note that walking up a set stairs is required to enter the house, as the house is on stilts and does *not* have an elevator**

This home does *not* allow smoking. This home does allow pets if the Pet Fee is paid! The Pet Fee is $125 per pet.
