The cozy apartment (56 m²) is located on the upper floor of a holiday home with a total of 3 apartments. The apartment has a living area with open kitchen area, equipped with 4 ring stove with oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, and large dining table with 4 chairs, couch-seating, TV and radio. From the living room leads to the spacious balcony facing southeast. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200) and a single bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom with window has shower / WC. The non-smoking apartment is carpeted. Pets are not allowed. The final cleaning and the initial bed linen is included. Please bring towels. A parking space is free on the property. Also includes the Wi-Fi included. A travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. In the seaside resorts there is a tourist tax.
The total of 3 apartments are located in a separate house on a closed plot of landlords. Quiet location near the Achterwasser - on peninsula Gnitz - in Lütow. At the nearby campsite (about 10 minutes walk) there is a bike rental and also restaurants and a small shop. In the village about 300 meters there is a restaurant and about 800 meters a swimming area on Achterwasser. Until the resort Zinnowitz and the beach is about 7 km.
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
