"Au Bal des Oiseaux" cottage : a 52m² haven of peace nestled in lush greenery !
The independent "Au Bal des Oiseaux" cottage features a 23 m² private terrace and direct access to the 10 m x 5 m indoor pool (june to september).
This cottage for 4 people is ideally located in the peaceful Vendée countryside, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, including Puy du Fou (30 mns), Nantes (35 mns), Clisson (30 mns from Hell Fest), the banks of the Loire, the Green Venice/La Rochelle, the Mauges, or the coast.
In the "Le nid de la sittelle" bedroom (17 m² - 160x200 cm bed), you'll find a large walk-in closet, a small desk, and a library.
The second room, measuring 17m², is currently under renovation (opening in May). The decor will be floral and industrial. It will have a 140x200 bed and its own bathroom (shower and toilet). Access to the cottage's kitchen will be through the terrace (2-meter outdoor passage).
The kitchen (13 m²) and bathroom are well-equipped and tastefully decorated to make you feel right at home.
The 5,000 m² wooded grounds are bordered by the Petite Maine River (fishing is possible).
Tourist information and games are available. Baby bed and high chair can be provided.
