Gîte located on the ground floor of a house with a second gîte upstairs. Well-equipped mountain studio including : A beautiful living room with a sofa bed (140x200) for 2 people and an open kitchen. Shower room, WC. Terrace with furniture Charges included, tourist tax extra. Cleaning package/request Mountain stay near the Valberg resort. Gîte in the hamlet of Les Launes, 1.5 km from the village towards the Valberg resort. The house comprises two gîtes (No. 2158 and 2159), ideal for renting to two families. In summer and winter, take advantage of all the local shops and discover with family or friends all the mountain activities and leisure activities accessible from the mountain village of Beuil, at the gateway to the Mercantour National Park. In winter: Nordic skiing area with 25 km of slopes, Beuil/Les Launes ski area connected to the Valberg ski area (4 km away by road), toboggan runs, and more. In summer: departure points for numerous hikes, mountain biking, and canyoning in the Cians and Daluis gorges. Studio gîte located in the Beuil/Launes ski area, connecting to the Valberg Mercantour resort
