Located in the Heart of Key Largo MM 100 our 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by 3 sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all of the Keys. The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts. This amazing townhouse is located in the townhouse building closest to the marina, oceanside firepit area and rock jetty for some fun fishing. Have a great day on the water and end the day in the pool or bonfire on the beach.

This is a three level townhouse where the first floor (entry level) has a full living area with a 55" TV. Walk a little further in and you will find a small bedroom with two twin size beds. Go up the stairs and find the full kitchen and living room with a 55" TV, front balcony and a rear balcony over looking the pirate ship playground which is steps away from the pool area. On the third level you will find the master bedroom with a King Size bed with a TV and another guest bedroom with two full size beds. Both bedrooms have balconies with seating. Two beach cruiser bikes also included. This is just a great place for families to get together and enjoy paradise.

Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.

Parking is first come first serve and 2 Cars MAX per unit.

We were there three nights and the location was perfect! The unit overlooked the play ground and walking around the lagoon to watch the fish was one of our favorite activities. The unit itself was very clean and a great fit for our family.

Overall the condo was great. We all had a great time. Beds are comfortable and lots to do on property. Very quiet. The condo was clean - the TVs were great.. had everything you need for the kitchen. The only thing I can think of to upgrade the condo is that it time for new carpets. We would stay there again.

This property is perfect for a family with small children. Playground and pool right outside the backdoor. Lagoon on site for another swimming option. Property was neat and clean. Raul was helpful through our entire stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing time at this property! It was located close to the playground, pool, beach and lagoon. We also rode the bikes up to the local fishery for dinner one night. Everything was within a short drive as well. The property itself was clean and well maintained! Would definitely stay here again!

This unit is picture perfect and was just the space we needed. The marina was a close walk for us to keep the boat and we enjoyed walking down the jetty each evening at sunset. Raul was very responsive and gets back quickly. Stay here!

Wonderful property in a great community
