This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. We had rented a different place last year and this was head and shoulders a better experience. The check in was easy and they had even provided some nice snacks and wine when we checked in. It was very clean and had comfortable beds. The location is great and close to Vail Village. I will definitely book in the next time we go to Vail!

This was the perfect location for a quick week long couples trip to Vail. The property was clean and everything needed for our stay was provided. The property is located directly across from the Vail Run bus stop which provides easy access to the Vail Transportation Center (Vail Village) or a quick walk across the bridge from Sandstone School bus stop to Lionshead Village.

Nice property, convenient to many things in Vail. Parking is good but make sure you put your permit in the windshield. No air conditioning but fans and cool temps at night temper the condo.

This could not have been a better location for our family of four at Vail for a ski trip. We were across from lionsgate and gondola one - a beautiful view from our balcony and a short walk - but easiest would’ve been to rent skis in Vail Village as it’s an easy shuttle ride on pink bus - zero walking. Stairs were tough with heavy bags and groceries - but good to stretch out those calves after a long day on the slopes. Hot tubs were divine apres ski! House was spacious, view divine, avant- stay was on top of all issues and were gracious with their hospitality! Will rent again.

Background
- We stayed in early summer
- Two adults, three kids
- First time to Vail
The location
- About a five-minute drive to Vail City center - not inconvenient to us
- Local Joe's Pizza / Bar right across the street - good pizza and drinks!
- City Market, Krogers and gas stations about four minutes away
- Third floor, no direct elevator access (you still have to go up or down a half-flight of stairs if you use the elevator)
- Adjacent to a stream that provides excellent background / white noise
- Partially faces the mountains / gondola that are across the freeway. Great views!
Avantstay
- Among the best service we have received
- Extremely quick to answer emails / texts
- Soon after we booked, they sent an email asking us for a little information about us and our trip. They had a welcome kit that specifically incorporated elements of our response - and I'm not talking a $5.00 gift basket either!
- Hand-written welcome note.
- Book with Avantstay and you'll be taken care of
The place / condo
- Older but still very functional
- Kitchen is small but has everything you need (utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, Tupperware, etc)
- Oddly, some of the apartment slants. Barely noticeable which makes it kind of funny.
- It has an office space! But that office space has NO outlets.
- No air conditioning (again, we stayed in the summer), but Avantstay provides multiple, portable, easy-to-use AC units that help.
- Balcony offers great views, a gas grill, some chairs and a table for hanging out. The stream is a bit noisy but we enjoyed it.
- Some interior doors have locks; others don't. Master bedroom and bathroom have no locks. Main floor guest room does. (Don't worry - the main entrance door and sliding door have good locks).
- Pool and hot tubs are small and old, but get the job done.
- Exercise room is a 3 out of 10, but it has one!
- One TV in the entire place - above the fireplace in the living room. No rooms have TVs. At first this bothered me. By the end, I appreciated it - it kept us together.
- Parking was never an issue (we had a minivan). I noticed some extra long parking spaces in case you were towing something.
- Rooms were clean.
- We always felt safe and comfortable.
Overall
- Thanks to the value and to Avantstay's excellent service, I will stay again!
