Detached house on the outskirts, 400sqm fenced plot, large terrace, quiet location, 5min. to trim you in the woods, 10 min. to the complete infrastructure (bakers, butchers, REWE and s.w.) 15 minutes to the pool (all on foot). Bus stop around the corner, no thoroughfare, quiet neighbors.
Completely renovated 2016, living in the EC 90 sqm, separate second toilet, all rooms absolutely barrier-free with exit to the garden. Garage at the house. Pets Allowed.

Das Haus ist super. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand, sehr gepflegt und insbesondere das Bad und die Küche phenomenal. Die Vermieterin in sehr nett, tierlieb und hilfsbereit. Sollten mal helfende Hände von Nöten sein wohnt im Dachgeschoß des Hauses, getrennt von der Ferienwohnung, ein netter hilfsbereiter junger Mann, der jedoch häufig auf Geschäftsreisen ist. Das Haus liegt am Stadtrand in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die direkten Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Parken kann man auf der Strasse, in der Regel in direkter Nähe zum Haus.Gerne schauen wir wieder vorbei, wenn es uns das nächste Mal ins Allgäu zieht.

Ja was sollen wir sagen.... Die Wohnung ein Traum, alles top und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Sehr schönes Grundstück, eingezäunt, optimal für jeden Hundebesitzer. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Vor allem die Besitzerin Frau Gmähle, eine herzensgute, tierliebende, und verständnisvolle Frau. Auch sehr nette Nachbarin, die Debby. Alle sehr zuvorkommend. Vielen lieben Dank!
Das ist unsere Zoey sie hat sich hier auch sehr wohlgefühl.

Ein Traum

Diese Wohnung ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Es fehlt an nichts. Sie liegt ruhig. Die Altstadt ist nicht weit, die Natur quasi vor der Haustüre. Das Haus ist extrem hundefreundlich. Falls möglich, werden wir wiederkommen

Eine Empfehlung!

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, sehr geräumiges Badezimmer, wunderschöner Garten mit Terrasse zur alleinigen Nutzung. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Sehr nette Nachbarschaft und Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wohnen ohne Verzicht

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man zum Leben benötigt. Sie ist wirklich voll ausgestattet und bietet einen hohen Komfort. Besonders ansprechend ist das große Badezimmer und der eingezäunte Garten. Hier kann sich der Hund optimal entspannen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check-In und Check-Out verliefen völlig entspannt.

Schöner Wanderurlaub mit Hund

Die Wohnung ist absolut spitze! Sie ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten die Terrasse ausgiebig nutzen. Unser Hund hat sich sehr über den schönen Garten gefreut :-) Der Kontakt mit Frau Gmähle war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Für Wanderungen sind wir immer ein Stück mit dem Auto gefahren, da wir in der näheren Umgebung nicht so viele schöne Wanderwege gefunden haben. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Entspannter Urlaub

Dieses Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann. Alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten Jalousien(für warme Tage) , Fliegenfenster, Terrasse überdacht und Markise, große und gemütliche Zimmer. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. 5 Minuten bis zum Wald. Auch die Nähe zum Bodensee Lindau, Friedrichshafen usw. ist sehr angenehm. Fazit alles top👍👍

Mensch und Hund wunschlos glücklich

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, großzügig und unkompliziert. Die Fewo hat die beste und umfassendste Ausstattung die ich bisher gesehen habe. Alles da was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Moderne und großzügige Räume. Sehr hundefreundlich gestaltet u.a. großer Garten mit Rasenfläche, nahegelegener Wald/ Wiesen. So startet man gerne ins neue Jahr! Allerdings war das angegebene Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ein Hundesofa, daher gibt es einen Stern Abzug. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schitterende uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelingen

Een uiterst mooie woning met alle faciliteiten. Een zorgzame en vriendelijke eigenaresse. Prima locatie. Wij waren er met onze grote Leonberger. Zowel binnen als in de tuin perfect voor een (grote) hond.
