I rent a large new furnished and updated apartment of 38m on the ground floor of my completely renovated villa in the 20100 months. Minimum 4 nights, possibility of weekly or monthly package.
1 bedroom with suspended toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower. Several storage cupboards. Large living room (kitchen/living room/dining room) new equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher), 2 storage cupboards, 1 wardrobe, coffee table, sofa bed, wifi.
Private terrace of 25 metres garden space in front of the house with bioclimatic pergola, splendid view of Notre Dame de la Garde.
The area is very quiet, close to all amenities (bus stop 50m away, as well as shops, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, petrol pump, dry cleaner, post office etc).
Proximity to the beach 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by bus.
To access the accommodation there are about fifty steps.
Free parking in the area on free parking spaces.
