Comfortable attic apartment with cheerful colors to feel good!
Spacious living u. Dining area with fully fitted kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The balcony has a wonderful view and can let your soul!
FEWO-Frammersbach - Your apartment on the bike and hiking paradise Spessart!
It is quiet yet central. The apartment (about 90m ²) consists of an open, spacious living and dining room with fitted kitchen. The bathroom has 2 sinks, shower, bath, toilet. Washing machine for a fee. There are 2 bedrooms available, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Furthermore, the apartment has a separate toilet and hallway.
The apartment is equipped with 2 TVs and internet via WLAN.
The highlight is a balcony with about 18sqm which is completely covered and thus can also be used in bad weather. (Here smoking is allowed.)
From there you have a great view of the city and the surrounding hills of the Spessart.
The apartment is located in the attic and is accordingly Disability.
Walk 5 minutes to the nearest bakery and butcher. Several restaurants of "good bourgeois" to "gourmet", see the place.
Frammersbach is located in the "Bike Spessart" with marked bike routes for every need. If you prefer to cycle along the river as you take in the 12km distant Lohr am Main on Mainradweg. For all hikers the Spessart is a paradise. Maps for hiking or biking we will gladly available.
For a family holiday worth the visit to the amusement park Steinau or the leisure Geiselwind. A boat trip on the Main is for small certainly something special. Or do you prefer shopping? Then visit the Wertheim Village.
Cities worth seeing in the area are the "Snow White Town" Lohr am Main, (landing stage excursion boat) Karlstadt, Würzburg, Wertheim, Aschaffenburg. All these cities are a maximum of one hour away.
For your bicycles, with or without a motor, we have a abschliesbare garage.
Want even grilling? - No problem, we gladly put the necessary equipment in the garden.

Vielleicht gerne wieder
Es war insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Woche in Frammersbach. Die Größe, der Zustand und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist schon außergewöhnlich. Auch der Balkon, auf dem man dann seinem Laster frönen konnte, war schon fast Luxus. Eine Anmerkung noch: der WLan-Empfang auf dem Balkon ist leider recht schwach. Aber das ist wohl eher ein Luxusproblem.

Eine super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung es fehlt an nichts, 5 Sterne plus
Diese Ferienwohnung ist mit einem Super Plus von 5 Sternen zu bewerten, super nette gastfreundliche Vermieter, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, werden auf jedenfalls noch mal diese Familie aufsuchen, um den Jahresurlaub dort zu verbringen.

Es könnte nicht besser sein. Tolle Gastgeber, eine super Wohnung, in der man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt und die wohltuende Umgebung.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung
Ruhige Lage, alles an Interieur vorhanden was man benötigt und darüber hinaus. Sehr sauber. Super nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal da und würden auch noch mal kommen.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Küchengeschirr bis zum zweiten Fernseher im Schlafzimmer ist alles Notwendige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick ins Grüne, ideal zum Entspannen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Freundlich und entspannt
Wir wurden von unserer netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin in dieser schönen Wohnung ausgesprochen freundlich empfangen und haben ein paar entspannte Ferientage in der großzügigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser Gegend kommen wir gerne wieder.
