The apartment is bright, fully air-conditioned, and perfectly suited for a comfortable stay on the Croisette.

The living area features a welcoming lounge with two sofa beds, a television, and direct access to a large sea-view terrace, allowing you to fully enjoy the exceptional setting overlooking the Mediterranean.

The open-plan kitchen is modern and functional, equipped with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the necessary tableware for preparing and enjoying meals at home.

The sleeping area has been designed to offer peace, comfort, and privacy.
The first bedroom is a true master suite, featuring a king-size bed, a dressing area, and a private bathroom with a bathtub, creating a quiet and independent space ideal for relaxation.
The second bedroom includes a double bed and storage, making it well suited for guests or children.

The spacious outdoor terrace offers open views of the Mediterranean and is furnished with outdoor seating, a large dining table, and a jacuzzi, providing an ideal setting for relaxing moments outdoors.

From the residence, you enjoy direct access to Miramar Beach without crossing the street — a rare and valuable feature on the Croisette, offering privileged access to the sea.

Please note: for safety reasons, the use of the jacuzzi is strictly prohibited for children.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the apartment. The residence is secure, and the unit is accessible via elevator.

Important: Guests do not have access to the building's pool or gym.

Check-in is done in person between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €50 late check-in fee will apply.
Please notify us in advance so we can best prepare for your arrival.

Our team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM via the booking platform or phone, should you have any questions before or during your stay.

Check-out is also handled in person. A member of our team will contact you the day before departure to arrange a time for key return.
