Great cabin

Had a great time at this adorable, clean house that really is in the middle of everything. Had everything we needed for the 5 of us and all interactions with the host were great! Would totally go there again : )

Another Great Stay

We returned to this great cabin with a dock in the middle of everything in Arnolds Park to find it even nicer than last year with great updated finishes including solid surface flooring, light painted walls, and a remodeled bathroom. Highly recommended, we will return.

Lakefront Cottage

Super cool old school lakefront cottage in Arnolds Park with dock and within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Cute and clean with comfortable beds. We loved it and would highly recommend. Great host!

Troy is a teacher and April manages a stone company, Troy is from NW Iowa and we love the lake life, this little cabin made it's way in our lives about 6 years ago as we started taking our family to Okoboji. We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to buy it in 2021 and look forward to making many more memories and sharing our little cottage with you as well. We enjoy flipping houses and any big projects that come along we enjoy the challenge.
We also take any opportunity to spend time with our family, especially our grandkids.

Why they chose this property

This property is just so simple and you really feel like you are at a nostalgic lake cottage with all the amenities you need to get by. The best thing about the cabin is it's on the lake and walking distance to everything that makes Okoboji amazing. You will not be sorry you rented this little gem.

What makes this property unique

Lake front, perfect location, and 4th of July fireworks can be seen 20 ft straight out from dock if you have a boat or walk up to the top of street and see from parking lot.
Everything is within walking distance.
