Lake living on some of the best waters at Brooks Beach on East Lake Okoboji . Located directly across the lake from Bridges Bay. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin is right on the lake and features 2 docks, 2 beaches, and camp fire area shared by the HOA. Enjoy the peace and quite in this gorgeous setting or get out and enjoy the action just a couple minutes away or bike ride to downtown Arnold’s Park.

Boat hoist accommodates up to 23 foot boat. Steps from the cabin. Boat trailer parking not permitted. Limit 2 cars.

This tiny cabin is situated right behind Barn Swallow and Tasting Room. McDonalds is right around the corner and the bike trail is situated directly behind cabin. Walking distance to Spudnuts and Okoboji Store.

Cute little cottage

We spent a week and enjoyed every minute! Loved the quiet little corner we were in and the neighbor gentleman was very nice! Came at the end of the season so the weather was perfect and we had all the windows open. Great time!

Nice little cabin on the lake

We enjoyed our time here very much. Cottage was clean and nicely shaded. Location is great! A friendly neighbor pointed out the firepit and beach area to us. Only one dock right now because of the flooding, but that was plenty sufficient for our boating needs. We had a great time on the lake, and this made the perfect "home base" for us. Host was in contact with us and answered our questions. We'd recommend this property.
