The location is great! Lots of conveniences near by, condo was nice and comfortable but we hoped to have a better experience during our stay. First of all it was not easy to find the condo when we arrived, the instructions were not clear as the host didn’t give us the building number, we were very tired and had to text and wait to hear back to find the place. When we arrived our 1st impression was good until we found out that one of the toilet had an unpleasant stain, the host sent a cleaner next day and cleaned it again and explained that it has a scratch thus the stain cannot be removed (I suggested to replace that toilet eventually as it gives a bad impression of cleanliness). Then we discovered that some cable TV controllers didn’t work, host booked an appointment with the cable company but I requested to cancel it because we were out and about so we couldn’t enjoy cable channels during our night time rest, towels didn’t smell clean even though I washed them several times, kitchen was good and was stocked with the basic essentials but wished they had more plates available, resort was very nice, we enjoyed it a couple of times, it was clean and pleasant. Overall an good stay. Thank you.
