The house itself is perfect. It’s clean, no bugs, comfortable, modern and has everything you need. However, there are a few drawbacks. Across the street is a property that is full of garbage which is a total eyesore, the driveway is too difficult to park in, and if you are planning on going in and out of the city multiple times, be warned the traffic from the ongoing construction adds a lot of frustration, rerouting and time!

As advertised. Depending on time of day an Uber downtown was typically 10-12. One time 24 and one time 7. Just a short 10 minute drive.Perceived I had a problem with AC and host was immediately on it. It was my fault all the way. Nice outdoor upstairs deck but didn’t spend much time there due to heat. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. 1618 Asian Fusion just a short walk away and excellent food. If you have mobility issues or issues with climbing stairs be advised it’s 19 steps up to 2nd floor. Also 6-8 steps to get up to house. Just something to be aware of. Nice neighborhood with the exception of the “junk yard” directly across the street. You would think Austin would do something about that mess. Would stay again if in area.

Great Location

Stayed here for my birthday weekend with adult kiddos. We enjoyed being so close to 1618 Asian and just a short drive to SoCo. Super clean and beds were comfortable. They even had extra pillows, which I love.

I’ve stayed in quite a few vacation rentals, but this one truly stands out. The host thought of everything! Unlike other places where I had to bring my own coffee, here I had a variety of coffee pods to start my day. The makeup towels were such a thoughtful touch, making the stay even more convenient. I also loved the outdoor fire pit, even though I didn’t get to use it this time, it’s another reason I’d come back. All in all, this was one of the best stays, and I’d absolutely stay again
