You can also enjoy the beautiful terrace and make yourself comfortable on the garden furniture while you barbecue or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
The parking space next to the hut is shared with the neighboring hut on the same property. You will also find a preparation room where you can work on your skis and snowboards.
Only 100 meters from the cabin are Norway's best ski trails, which extend all the way to Ringsaker/Øyerfjellet. The network of trails is 300 km long and offers the opportunity for both long and short ski tours. In addition to cross-country skiing, there are many other exciting activities such as dog sledding, kiting, canoeing and snow rafting. There is a grocery store, a sports store and restaurants within walking distance of the hut. The Olympic city of Lillehammer with its many well-known attractions and family activities is only 30 minutes away by car. Maihaugen, Lysgårdsbakken, Norsk Vegmuseum and Hunderfossen Family Park as well as a stroll through the tranquil promenade with its shops and restaurants are recommended. In summer, Sjusjøen offers beautiful hiking trails in the mountains, cycle paths and fishing in Lake Sjusjøen.
