The Résidence des Sapins offers you a perfect setting to recharge your batteries at the gates of Nancy, on the Moselle loop route. Built in bio-sourced wood and equipped with solar panels, this accommodation offers you a concentrate of comfort in 21 m² with reversible air conditioning, a perfectly integrated kitchen area and a sleeping area nestled in an alcove. Independent single-storey chalet on a property with secure entrance gate.
Living room with integrated kitchen: dolce gusto coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher for 2 people, ceramic hob, toaster.
Lounge area with corner sofa, sleeping area installed in an alcove with a 160x200 bed.
Bathroom with shower (90x90), washbasin, hairdryer and WC.
Private wooden terrace with garden furniture and deckchair.
Private parking space.
Access to a spa spa as an option and with an extra charge (30€ for a one-hour slot) until 10 p.m. in the evening (dressing gowns available).

For the respect of the area, parties and parties are not allowed.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasoned and reasonable consumption. The Spa and breakfast is optional (extra fee) to be paid on site.
