Boasting a private, wooded acre on the edge of Glacier National Park, this special property is upgraded for the perfect balance of comfort and convenience to nearby attractions. After a day exploring one of the nearby ski resorts, glacial lakes, or the town of Whitefish, unwind in the plush living area - enjoy the warmth of the powerful gas fireplace while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the wall-mounted Roku flatscreen. Or roast s'mores at the outdoor bonfire pit! Natural lighting bounds in through the home's ample windows, skylights, and architecture. Plush furniture and decor provide comfort and modern style. Find a brand-new king-size bed in the primary bedroom, located on the main level. Each of two rooms in the loft holds a brand new bed, with one including a reading nook with a bonus bed. A spacious kitchen comes well-equipped for home cooks with full-size appliances and utensils - including a flattop stove and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, a combination Keurig pot and single pot coffee maker, and everything else you need. There is counter seating, while full meals can be shared in the main living area and dining table.

Located on the back entrance road to Glacier, this vacation rental is less than 15 minutes from the park entrance and Kalispell Regional Airport. Explore downtown Columbia Falls with a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars just a mile away.

Excellent "home"-base for Glacier exploration

This was such a fantastic place to stay. We really appreciated having such a comfortable, peaceful, and pleasant home-base for our trip to Glacier. We slept soooo well! Very tranquil, lovely inside and out, everything we needed plus plenty of room to spread out. There was even bear and bug sprays in the cupboard so we didn't have to rent/buy that.

**Charming Getaway Near Glacier National Park – Perfect for Nature Lovers!** Our stay at this Vacasa property was absolutely wonderful! The place was charming, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing retreat. We especially loved using the firepit in the evenings—it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, with Glacier National Park just a short drive away. We spent our days hiking and taking in the breathtaking scenery, then returned to a comfortable and inviting home. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with easy access to outdoor adventures. We’d love to come back!

The stay was great! Thanks for hosting. Our one critique is that a fair amount of small things were broken/breaking on the property. Having these things fixed would have been nice (such as a derailed washer/dryer swinging door, cabinet handles coming off, the smoke detector beeped often likely because it needed a battery, and a missing faucet aerator in the kitchen).

Spacious

Spacious and very comfortable house. Well-equipped kitchen. Good wifi and smart TV. We saw four 10-gallon bottled waters in the kitchen, but without a dispenser. Made us wonder if the tap water is potable. When I phoned the manager (not the owner) with the question, I was blown off with the advice to buy bottled water to be safe. This is definitely something that should have been advised prior to moving in. Parking spot is not all that close either for carrying suitcases and other items inside, especially in the rain. The upstairs would be wonderful for kids but we didn't use it at all. Overall, a really nice house and I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Cabin! Feels like Home!

This was an incredible place to stay. I was here for a two week trip for work. Staying here made it feel like I was coming home every day. Staying in comfort is a big deal when you're away from home for so long. I will be coming back here again!

We loved your place! We enjoyed the place to basically chill, sleep, shower & get up the next day to do it all over again. We know we could have utilized the kitchen, family room & outdoors more but we used the house as we intended. We saw a deer yesterday to the right side of the house - that was fun! Loved the temps of the home. No A/C needed.

We loved our stay, and the cabin was in great condition. Very convenient location for either GNP or activities around Flathead or Whitefish Lakes.

Disappointed

We were disappointed with our stay at this cabin. Upon arrival, we noted that the floors were dirty and there was long black hair everywhere, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom rugs were damp and musty smelling. Two of the three beds had sheets that looked slept in, had hair on them and were wrinkled. After a very long car drive, I didn't appreciate having to clean a rental home and launder linens. The coffee pot was also broken.

Charming cottage in the woods.

Would definitely stay here again. Lovely interior, well-equipped, clean, not far outside of Columbia Falls. Probably not suitable for young children as two bedrooms are in loft area. Worked well for us.

We had the best time at this retreat! The location is great - very private and feels like you're in the mountains but just over the hill from restaurants and grocery stores. We loved warming up by the fireplace after spending the day in Glacier. The beds and house were very comfortable. One of the coziest and unique properties we have stayed at. Also used the outdoor firepit, which was awesome! We will come back for spring break next year.
