upon arrival, we noticed there was cobwebs on the gate handles, seeming that no one cleaned the house before we arrived. Once at the house there was dust everywhere. At check-out I received a text asking me to take out the trash from the kitchen, bathrooms and any other trash I may have created while at the house, I contacted Winston and he was rude when I asked him about the cleaning fee and having to take out the trash. Will not stay there again.

Horrible location

Took us 2 hours to finally found the property. They gave us the wrong code to open the lock key. No one answer our phone calls. Called customer service and they said sorry and canceled our stay. Had to look for a hotel room for my family wbich included a ldegnant women. Worst experience ever.

I am very disappointed about my stay. The house is nice. However, it didn’t look like anyone came by to prepare it for my stay. The table & furnitures were dusty. The beds felt like they had sand/dust. There was no available toilet paper. There was no available water to shower or wash hands. I tried contacting Winston about the water but there was no response. I will not be booking this house again.
