Welcome to 2021 new build luxury home w/community pool & 24hr security. We value a good nights sleep. All bedrooms have high quality mattresses, black out curtains and low noise mini split heating and cooling unit. Sleeps 9 people comfortably. 5 minute drive to beach, 8 minutes away from downtown Rosarito (Papas and Beer), 12 minutes from Puerto Nuevo, 47 minutes from wineries. We can provide transportation as well. We are very familiar with local eaterys. Can't wait to share with our guests.

Thanksgiving Stay.

Family of (4) including (2) 66 years olds, (1) 11 year old and (2) chihuahua mix dogs. Very spacious, clean and very cozy. Loved all the amenities. Fully furnished. We loved it and will definitely be back again in the near future.

Danger construction zone

We decided to drive down here for spring break from San Diego. We’re no strangers to Rosarito. The pictures of this property make it seem like it’s a much higher quality property than it really is. First, the road to get to the house is treacherous. You have to drive through a major construction zone in the neighborhood. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable walking around with our kids or dog (which is why we chose this place) and for that reason we didn’t swim in the pool. There aren’t any lounge chairs by the pool nor do they provide any. One plus: it does have an small ocean view on the rooftop. Its more than 5 minutes to the beach, the closest beach is not a public one, you have to drive through a really sketchy area to get back on the highway and find a decent public beach. The kitchen has MINIMAL flatware/dishes/cooking ware. No dishwasher. A waste of a vacation.

Hello Jennifer, I am so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Just wanted to provide clarification for future guests so they can book a stay at Sunset Terraza knowing that what was experienced above will absolutely not occur on their stay. The home itself is true to the pictures. Brand new home which is fully equipped with a full gated back yard with grass for pets. It is a gated community with 24 hour security and green space and walkways to walk your pets. Jenniffer alaready was aware that there are no lounge chairs since she asked before her trip. Yes there is no dishwasher, which is very rare to have in Mexico and we do not indicate that we have a dishwasher on the listing. It is a vacation rental designed for short stays so there is really no need for a dishwaher. There is a washer and dryer for laundry. In regards to the surrounding areas being sketchy we have not had one concern in regards to that from any of our past guests. My family and I have stayed at our property and we have no concerns. I believe that Jennifer was a bit upset due to our cameras detecting pets at the property after she clearly stated in her communication with me that she was not bringing her pet. She ended bringing 3 dogs. It is not fair for other guests who pay for pet fees. I take great pride in providing the upmost service and care to all of our guests and will greatly appreciate it if our guests voice any concerns about their stay with me to give me the opportunity to improve.

Great Vacation Home!

We had two families stay at Rita’s place. It was perfect for us. So nice and clean. Comfortable beds. The full kitchen was nice. And I even did my laundry before we checked out. Great to hang out on the rooftop. Rita helped us with whatever we needed. Only complaint, the pool is not heated. So we had some disappointed kids.

Will Come Back!

Suffice to say the condo is beautiful, modern, and very clean. It is fully furnished, all commodities are provided (Keurig appliance, pots, dishes, silverware, etc). Upon arriving to this location I was immediately put at ease by knowing that this was a gated community with 24hr security (not that it was needed). This condo is perfect for family time or a weekend with friends. Furthermore, our host went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful experience. She recommended a driver (Agustin) and my family and I ended up doing a day tour, in a safe, well maintained taxi van for a reasonable price. Agustin took us to the local wineries at Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada, and Puerto Nuevo. I highly recommend this condo and Agustin.

Great !

I rented this property for my husbands birthday, we have family close by. It was perfect. Within 5-10 driving distance to Puerto nuevo , Rosarito Beach. The property was clean , beds comfortable, plenty of blankets , everything you need to be home away from home. The roof top patio’s view was amazing! Communication with Rita was easy, Would definitely rent this property again.
