This beautiful, upscale beach villa offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with separate living and dining areas that comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests (maximum per HOA rules — no exceptions). Just 15 feet from the main swimming pool and jacuzzi, this villa was fully remodeled in September 2022 and boasts stunning modern décor throughout.

My grandchildren loved that villa is located in front of pool.

I had a lovely time there with my family. The villa is beautifully furnished and clean. The resort is quite and safe. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect accommodations

Absolutely loved the location! Pool is right outside the door, beach is a 2 minute walk down a set of stairs, felt VERY secure with guards walking at night. I loved being a cheap and easy cab ride from town without the noise and hustle of being right in town. It was never more than a 5 minute wait for a cab. The house was outfitted with all the basics we needed. It was clean, organized and perfect for our large party!

Hermoso condominio enfrente de la alberca principal, fue super practico porque venia con mis hijos y asi podian estar todo el dia en la alberca. Super moderna la decoracion y muy maximisado el espacio, muy limpio Y el wifi muy rapido.

Love staying at the Paloma Villas. My family and I had such a great time! This was a beautiful villa right next to the pool! So convenient, especially with kids. We will definitely be coming back again!

Beautiful space and stay!

La Paloma is THE place to stay in Rosarito! This particular unit was beautiful, secure, well taken care of, well stocked, and right by the pool! Beach was a short walk away, with a club house right on the shore, and gorgeous views in every direction. We felt safe and well taken care of for the entirety of our stay. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back! Thanks!

Amazing Room!

We had an amazing time and the room was perfect! Had everything we needed and was super clean. We will definitely stay here again! The best part was the views and the fact that we had the pool directly in front of us. We could be on the porch of our room watching the kids in the pool that’s how close it was! Highly recommended

Everything was beyond perfect. The owner placed a dozen of beautiful red roses to congratulate us on our 21st wedding anniversary as we walked in. Wonderful thought thank you. The rental had everything we needed, perfect for us. Right in front of the pool and jacuzzi. We couldn’t ask for more. The owners made our experience memorable. Overall blessed. Will be staying there many more times. Thank you.

Great place and awesome location! Just a few issues....

Received an email at 11:05am stating I should retrieve keys from office by noon.....didn't see the email until the next day! We narrowly missed getting keys as the lady who had them was walking out when we got there. 3 bathrooms total, with only 2 of them having one roll of toilet paper each. You have to pay a $50 (cash!) cleaning fee upon checkout. Also have to wash dishes and take out trash or will be charged another $40! Otherwise, the place was clean, comfortable and very secure. Pool & hot tub steps from your door. Location is perfect with surf breaks right out front! Only a $5 cab ride to downtown. Owner was very responsive. I would stay here again.....and recommend to others!

This place was amazing! It was located right in front of the pool and a short walk to the beach. Make sure you catch the sunset! Our group of 8 all stayed comfortably. We didn't notice on the listing but the villa has 3 bathrooms which was key for a big group. We all felt safe and the villa is located a few minutes from downtown. We took a taxi there and it was only $5. They do charge a $40 cleaning fee when you check in, we missed our towel replacement but they did leave a note saying they came by to replace them but had missed us. We made sure to clean up and took the trash out - didn't have a problem with the deposit refund. We will definitely stay here again!

I love La Paloma. I grew up in this private and gated resort with my family. Now that I have my own family, 3 young men, we also have had the best time here as a family and now they are also making memories with FRIENDS!!! Have been enjoying the beauty of La Paloma for 43 years. It is our wish that when you visit our beach villas you have lasting memories with friends and or family and that you feel that you are right at home and well taken care of. Your comfort and enjoyment are our family's personal mission.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location!! Private and gated resort. Strict security. Ocean front resort with secure beach access, manicured lawns and 4 club houses from which 2 are ocean front. Lovely resort and safe vacation stay close to to the international border . As a guest you will feel welcome and secure. Also the Baja-Se management office is onsite for your convenience since they take care of all guest check-ins, check-outs, if any maintenance issue should arise, if you need recomendations for restaurants, sightseeing, etc.

What makes this property unique

This villa is top notch. Modern decor and attention to detail for your comfort. Main club house, pool and jacuzzi a few feet away from the villa entrance. You feel as if the outdoor amenities are an extension of this villa. Tennis courts also very, very close to villa, and the beach a quick 2-3 minute walk. Great for families, group of friends, or couples. Enjoy the amenities, the pathways, the sunsets, the ocean view club houses. Not in a mood for cooking? Mamamia restaurant caters and also delivers food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy the resort and this stunning designer VILLA.
