We will welcome you with pleasure in our charming house in Loix, a small village typical of the Ile de Ré with supermarket, tobacconist, bakery, market, fishmonger, butcher, creperie, brasserie, bike rental, tennis club, honey house, soap factory and many other shops... beautiful craft area.
It is located 200 metres from the port of Loix.

The house has a capacity of 12 beds.

Is included in the rental, access to the Tennis, private and closed parking, sheets and towels.

It is composed of a main house and an independent annex sharing the same terrace.
The main house is composed of, a living room, an open kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed (with shower room), 1 bathroom and 1wc.

The annex is composed of 2 bedrooms, A bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed.1 bathroom with Italian shower with a plan to lay a swaddle mat and 1 toilet.

A dormitory with 2 bunk beds and a water point. The dormitory is not heated.

1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher, 1 coffee maker, 1 stove, a microwave and everything you need for a kitchen are available.

The cleaning fee is 120 euros to be paid on site.
