Discover The Saxony, a distinguished condominium just a few blocks from Crescent Park, a 1.4-mile, 20-acre urban linear park that connects to the Mississippi riverfront. Conveniently located in the Bywater neighborhood, just a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter!

This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit's floor. After entering the unit you will walk past the first full bathroom directly on your right side. Located to the left, is the first bedroom immediately followed by the laundry room. The door located to the right of the laundry room leads to the primary bedroom with an attached full bathroom. Across from the laundry room is the kitchen which is also attached to the living room. Pass the living room is the patio/balcony area that overlooks the pool and fitness center.

You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans' galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. Girl Getaway

Property was conveniently located without being in the middle of the Quarter, easy and cheap to uber. All girl group and we felt very safe. Home was supplied with everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

A quiet condo away from the busy French Quarter

4 teachers on spring break were able to get away from the noise and relax in the very quiet condo for 4 nights. The beds were very comfortable.

Great place if you don’t want to be in the party zone

Perfect location just a mile or so from the FQ but awesome neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and bars! Little local hidden gems without the super touristy mega crowds! Building was very secure and quiet! Unit was lovely and had all the amenities.

Condo was pretty & seemed very secure. Spacious condo & lots of little extras. Had an issue with one of the bathrooms & the property manager was very helpful & issued us a partial refund. Close to pretty much anything you want to do in New Orleans.

We came to New Orleans for the holiday weekend to see our teenage grandchild. It was unusually cold, so having the covered parking was a plus. The condo was perfect. Wifi for the kid. A clean, comfortable living area for the adults. Close to everything.

Completely as advertised, the unit is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Spot was walkable to so many places and Ubers are plentiful. We are in town for our daughter’s wedding and the Saxony was a perfect respite from all the action.

Great place to stay in New Orleans

This condo was great. Very clean and very safe. The building and parking space are very secure and safe. Close to amazing restaurants. The owner/manager of the condo was very nice and quick to answer any questions we had. The email the day of check in had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Staying at this condo made our visit to New Orleans very memorable.

Great NOLA stay

Clean appartment, having a garage parking was a plus. Comfortable beds, second bedroom have no window but a ceiling fan. We walked every day to French Quarters, 45 minutes.Well stocked with dishwasher soap, washing soap, toilet paper, shampoo etc.. Safe area.

Nice place, we'll equipped.

We stayed four nights for a family wedding weekend. The place was well setup and week equipped. We had rented an electric car. The description said there was a EV charger but there wasn't, so we got a minor discount. Some pictures were off the walls. It was a little tough to lock and unlock the door. Mostly it was very nice.

Family celebration visit

We were very pleased and relieved of the quality of the place. Especially the under ground parking. We vowed to stay at the saxony properties when we visit NOLA!The security was comforting. Washer and dryer loved it.

Great condo in Bywater

Nice quiet condo. Loved the balcony! It overlooked the courtyard with pool and grass area. It was a few blocks away from Crescent park which made a great walk in the mornings! I would book here again won’t no problems!

Perfect place

My husband and I visited for our anniversary. This was our first time in NOLA. This condo was lovely. It was super clean and modern. We enjoyed sunset on the balcony. Loved the secure parking, security and the quietness of this property. It was great to return after an adventurous day in the quarter. Would definitely stay again. Also, we locked ourselves out once and th property manager answered immediately and was so helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
