Welcome to Island Anchors, a spectacular new, custom beach house! Built in 2020, this vacation rental is ready for your family or travel group, and you'll be delighted the moment you step into this gorgeous Morgantown beach home!

The owners have spared no expense in building and decorating this home that includes two living areas that are light, bright, and very inviting. The main-level living space is open and has several windows, comfortable seating, and a flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite channels. The upper-level living area offers another TV and plenty of space for larger groups to spread out. The well-equipped, full kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a variety of extras including a brand new instant pot and two coffee makers - perfect for preparing your favorite recipes or reheating yesterday's leftovers. Outdoors, enjoy a beautiful screened deck on the main level where you can watch sunrises and sunsets accompanied by the sound of roaring ocean waves.

For sleeping options, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms on the first level while upstairs there is an additional bedroom along with a fun alcove with two twins.

The pastel-colored community of Morgantown also offers two shared pools, lighted tennis courts, a hot tub, and several deeded beach access points. You'll love walking or biking through this quiet neighborhood in the morning or evening. And for dining out, there are several tasty options close by, and even a few markets for those last-minute items.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
