Drive a little further and you'll reach the heart of Phoenix where zoos, museums, amusement parks, performing arts theaters, and a plethora of restaurants await.

Despite boasting a prime location, you may never want to leave your expansive home away from home. Detailed with soaring ceilings, picture windows, and high-end furnishings, the grand interior boasts two living areas, one of which has a smart TV for comfortable lounging. Create your favorite dishes in the pristine, full chef's kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances and an island for meal prep. If you're feeling productive, use the home office to catch up on some remote work. Reward your diligence afterward by playing a game with everyone on the provided Wii console or one of the children's games with the kids.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
